looking for Lowicz pedy sosny - pine syrup for a very poorly friend

Can anyone tell me if I can obtain the Lowicz pine syrup in the UK please? I have a friend with severe obstructive lung disease and apparently this syrup helps open the lungs.

Any help would be appreciated.

However, there are a lot better medicines on the market. He should ask his doctor.
