IMPORTANT - PETITION AGAINST THE SCRAPPING OF POLISH A-LEVEL QUALIFICATION

As some of you may be aware the exam board AQA has decided to discontinue offering an A-Level in Polish from 2018.

This decision will have a detrimental effect on thousands of children of Polish heritage in the UK.

If you are a UK resident and oppose this decision please take the time to sign this petition and send it to as many people as you can.

Thank You

That seems insane, surely here in the UK we should be offering more foreign language A-levels not less!!!

Signed a while ago. It should continue.

By the way, it's only one exam board who have done this.

Thanks to those that signed.

Which other exams boards offer Polish A-Level? As far as I am aware AQA was the only one...

Maybe it's changed. JMB used to do one I think, plus the old London board. Did you read this article a few days ago?

But there is a straightforward argument for why Britain should be polishing its polski in the future:

There's a strong case for retaining and even increasing qualifications in all the minority languages used in the UK.
