Also, keep in mind that when blonde people were roaming the Baltic shores of Poland, Ireland was a wasteland.

Oh indeed. Duly noted Obi Wan.

What's the point here and who are you addressing this to?

You do realise that the only negativity brought into this thread was by Poles, a so called Pol-Am, a Chinese guy and a Russian (seemingly) ?

And now you.

So, you mean before 8000 BC.

I've been reading through this thread and wow what a bunch of crap.

Well, read again.

stunning "white" ladies

Than you, we really appreciate that one, for sure.

I don't read any replies just in case u guys are wasting your time.
I think the title of this thread is a disgrace.. how is destroying a small island nation population < 6 million a good thing or something to be proud of. The polish in Ireland have not excelled themselves or have been good ambassadors for eastern Europe or Poland. They have been rude, narrow minded, racist, lazy, money grabbing and too often criminal.

That's nothing to be proud of. Why don't you use the efforts that you make in Ireland cleaning toilets and serving in restaurants to help your 'beloved motherland' prosper. If you guys spent the time you waste in the gym or dying your hair blonde, you might get somewhere.

The only comfort I take is the increasing immigration into Poland that will only increase. Don't worry 'Tíocfaidh do lá'' and Irish saying meaning 'Your day will come'

It appears to happening already only Poland is in a more convenient spot for immigrants than Ireland

it's time for you to pack up and go back where you belong and pest over there.

We might be on the same piece of land but we are definitely from different planets!

Most of the Poms are pests?

Using tax payers money in every possible way??

Are you educated girlfriend?

You sound too stupid to be true.
I'm only bad mouthing you sister cause you're a twit.

I belong where I'm entitled to stay.

You think I'm British origin? You think i'm not a citizen?? What do you know about me? Nada!

You sound like you know feck all about origin, nationality, history or when you're sounding like a racist fool.

What would sound good to you about now...? Hmmm. Let me guess... Yes, every individual with an Australian passport with a drop of Anglo blood is a tax bludger. Thank god for all you Poles coming over here and creatin all that revenue!

You do know who *discovered* this continent and broke it in...? And with whose blood sweat and tears the united states of Australia was founded??

I'm sorry but the crux of it is you are on British soil. (Politically speaking)
You better correct yourself sister, cause most of what you're enjoying now was established long before you got here by hard working Anglos. And the tax system which obviously serves people better than it does in your country of origin is a welcome relief to many...

If one doesn't need it, good on them. But your argument is biased on the basis that if you weren't capable of working here you probably wouldn't have been invited to stay...?

Don't look down your nose on Poms idiot. 70% of the people or more have English/ Scottish/ Irish/ Welsh ancestry. I fuckin hate your attitude. It lacks sense.

No-one would disrespect Poles like that if they were living within her borders... You've got the concept of assimilation all wrong.

Anyhow this has gone of topic, the fact is, we are talking about Eire. The country has a large percentage of immigrants in comparison to ten years ago. Esri claim that 100,000 people will emigrate in the next 2 years. 1 in 5 houses in the country is empty, due to the property bubble.

Close to 14 % unemployment. No bankers in Jail. The IMF Pirates are in town and the Germans are barking at the door. The Irish 'left' want to default, because they want the protest vote, and they know, they wont be elected. The 'right' want power as usual(and will get it, just ask the bookies), so they will continue FF policy, and with the usual 'doublethink', convince the 'easily duped public', that they will reverse the FF's (the other right wing party) policies that got us in the sh1tter, in the first place. POles are returning home. They are not needed in Ireland are to blame largely for our economic collapse as well as loss of identity. They are backward, racist and rude in my experience and show no desire to learn about Irish culture.

Where's the achievement in nearly 5% of Ireland being slav polish scum. ? You should be ashamed...ruining our unique and once beautiful country with you greedy money grabbing ambitions. Ireland for the Irish ...not polish benefit claiming scum. Many poles arrive pregnant or get pregnant asap in order to stay under our liberal wacky laws.

They should show more patriotism and help their own nation...Ireland is a small country still fighting for reunification of the north and does NOT need these people. Help poland...earn money here if you want but DO NOT STAY. It will never be your home and you never be seen as Irish.

This is proof that this poster is not Irish and has no idea what he is talking about.
Poland is a member of the E.U. therefore Polish people can travel and work within Ireland legally without getting pregnant.

Let alone his unfamiliarity with Irish history or mentality.
His blend of xenophobia and stupid accusations make him a mediocre troll, nothing more.
probably on social welfare in some foreign land, just bored on the internet playing games.

you never be seen as Irish.

And neither will you.

no desire to learn about Irish culture

Why should they, you clearly know nothing of Polish (or Irish) culture.

to blame largely for our economic collapse as well as loss of identity

Great thanks for clearing that up. Nothing to do with Bertie Ahern, Brian Cowen, Sean Fitzpatrick, bankers or the Irish all trying to become property moguls!

our unique and once beautiful country with you greedy money grabbing ambitions

So true, the Irish have no responsibility for the property bubble.

Ireland for the Irish ...not polish benefit claiming scum

Ahhhh, Poles can only claim the dole if they have worked up enough PRSI stamps over a number of years. "benefit" is a British term by the way.

Ireland is a small country still fighting for reunification of the north

Ahhhh, No. Under the Good Friday agreement (which carried with 90% support in the ROI) we have removed the clause from our constitution stating the aspiration to reunify the island as one nation. So WE have accepted the north as it is.

Not sure if this pillock is in the UK or USA but sounds like a classic lost 2nd generation emigrant. Struggles for identity in the native land he thinks he is a foreigner in, and is terribly educated.

loss of identity

the Polish didn't lose their identity during a hundred years of the partitions and the Irish have lost their identity during a few years of Polish immigration? wow. your national flexibility is admirable. not so much the strenght of your identity

They should show more patriotism and help their own nation

thank you for your concern, but you need not to worry - they do, believe me
