Apartment to rent to Polish people in Manchester - ideas where to advertise

Hello everybody, I have a lovely 2 double bedroomed apartment to rent in the popular St James Park Eccles new Rd Manchester. I wanted to target the Polish community as there are several families already living there and they seem to have made a lovely community. I also get very good feedback about them being good tenants. Can anybody suggest places to advertise to target this group.

Many thanks
Diane

Just make a card up and stick in a Polish shop, there must be one somewhere in Eccles...if you ask nice enough some kind person on the forum might translate it into Polish for you.

Place the ad on gumtree.com It's very common website if you want to find a flat for rent. And it's for free :)

And thanx for such a good word about Polish people.
Regards :)

Please Help - Manchester Polish Tenants Wanted - Apart to Let immediately

Hello everybody,

Any help or ideas will be very welcome.
I am a retired business person who wishes to rent out a 2 double bedded apartment in the M5 area just outside the Manchester city centre - The community has it's own website and forum but I am not allowed to post the link on here. I will email it directly to anybody who is interested.

I would like to attract Polish tenants because of their reliable reputation. I have had continuous problems with British tenants for the last 4 years and I am determined to attract somebody who has more respect.

It is a beautiful 2 double bedroomed apartment on a gated community with allocated parking. The metro link and motorway access are directly outside the property. The community is very peaceful and enjoys beautifully maintained gardens. I think the apartment would suit a couple or even shared friends.

I manage the lettings personally so I can offer the apartment at a lower rental cost. Equally I don't charge extortionate administration fees or ask for huge deposits. I only have this one property and am retired so can ensure tenants will enjoy a good landlord - tenant relationship. I am more than happy to discuss a longterm & renewable rental agreement which offers the tenants a more secure future.

Please help in any small way, the property is empty and any potential tenants could move in as soon as possible.
Many many many thanks Diane

have you tried posting on the Gumtree Manchester site or even posting up adverts in the polish shops dotted over Manchester :) Might be something to look into.
