Nope. Rumour was that they were planning to open up in a couple of locations but were informally advised that their product wasn't sufficiently Catholic for Poland. Both the Hooters copies in Gdansk and Warsaw have sunk without a trace.

I think our colonial cousins sometimes refer to Lady Bumps as Hooters, from a study of USA popular culture(for much benifit great republic of yorkshire) there seems to be a bar chain where ladies with large breasts and small behinds serve drinks to over excited students and over weight men in implausable sports wear.

I suggest that the witness is referring to the 'Hard Rock Cafe' chain, m'lud. The are dining establishments owned by a tribe of what one used to refer to as redskins and are themed memorabilia from popular beat 'combos' and the like.

Lady Bumps

Don't think I know her. Knew a chap with frightful piles. Most uncomfortable. For both of us.

ladies with large breasts and small behinds serve drinks

Most agreeable.

dining establishments

Quite right. I think this is an opportune moment for prandial refreshment.

What?? I was saying Roosters food is pretty terrible. I love the food in Hooters, great wings and crab. As for your shooting and friendly fire stuff, I literally have no idea what you are talking about.

Anyone??

over excited students and over weight men in implausable sports wear.

Their clientele in Riverside, California includes lots of smelly country folk too. They're blue collar workers, farmers, cowboys, biker dudes, etc.

You probably should just go with the Hooters in Las Vegas. You may get much larger tips.

All the Roosters in trojmiasto closed, but they've just reopened in Sopt and Gdynia. Now ord yet on whether we'll see one in Gdansk. I loved the place. The food was OK but they had eight TVs for sports.

maybe they don't fly here because they are tacky tasteless and completely offensive. But then again, Polish girls are usually wearing the same kind of clothes and not working at a hooters or roosters.
