Help with train from Berlin to Gliwice (and Katowice)

Hello all

I hope someone can help me with this.

I have a train ticket which goes from Berlin to Katowice. I am travelling to Gliwice so I was wondering if any of you know if Gliwice will be one of the stops before Katowice, i.e. can I jump off the train at Gliwice?

Any assistance appreciated.

Thanks!

Most if not all will stop in Gliwice. You can check Bahn.de for information on your specific train.

It depends on the train and route that you're taking. If it's a ticket for the EuroCity service from Berlin to Krakow, yes, you can get off at Gliwice.

Thank you for the replies. I have looked on bahn.de and it appears it does stop in Gliwice :)

Woo! That's great.

I've made that journey before as I did Gliwice-Berlin 6 years ago from a train coming from Katowice. The guys above are spot on. Gute reise! (sorry, Mods)

So on the way back I can just jump on the train at Gliwice? Sweet. :)

I think they still offer that service, yes. It's PKP Intercity so yes :) Just be quick as it doesn't hang around Gliwice station long.
