A lot depends on what you like.

Studying helps with jobs and with life. Some things are going to be much better than others in finding jobs. I wish I'd become a vet, due to liking animals. The salary isn't huge but the job is good.

I was suggested to go for an electrician because companies need electricians. I however worry that if I move to Poland or Europe from the US, electricity specifications are different. If I learn electricity in Poland, would it work the same if I decide to move back to the US?

Poles, as with most other continental Europeans, generally have a high level of university study.

You'd need to check out the various certifications in your own country and how they relate to overseas . Across Europe, they're fairly standardised. In the US, whatever government body that authorises them will certainly have a website.
