I am looking for cheaper fees and english lessons in nursing
All of these universities offer nursing degree courses in English. The fees are listed, but I have no idea how cheap they are in comparison with other countries :-

Apart from the obvious need to have a certain level of proficiency in English, you would probably have to contact the individual university to find out if they require additional qualifications.
