Do any places in Poland teach people eastern languages like Farsi/Persian Arabic ...

I am going to find some persons in Poland that can talk in Farsi (Persian) !
any idea on how to visit such persons ?

Get in touch with the embassies of Iran and Afghanistan, since it is an official language in both countries.

This is just Warsaw University. I bet there are similar departments at the other major universities in Poland.

you know- you would save yourself plenty of troubles if you would just learn Tajik- same as farsi, but written in cyrilic.
