Poznan is an international city very suitable for studying. The people are nice and sociable. There are a few Nigerians living and studying in poznan. If you have great skills, you will find a job. You can also think of creating jobs, for example, Nigerian restaurant - this is what is laking in poznan.

1. For people that don't speak Polish, you can do very little. I can always find you a job for 5zl an hour, but that's not going to pay your way in Poland.

2. No. Why do you want to come here? Is it because your "agent" promised you a great education, a good job and a nice visa??

Poznan, you had 30,000 plus Irish in your city. Should have asked them their opinions on Nigerian cultural enrichers.

The opinion among the vast majority is that they're here as it's an easy way into the EU. I don't think it's much surprise that they tend to end up married to very ugly rich girls and do very little for themselves. There are exceptions, but they tended to be successful in Africa first.

Many Africans still think that there's wealth in europe they can benefit from. They don't know that the vast majority lives on credit. I have never seen a Nigerian that bought a house or car on credit.... The credit system doesn't work in Nigeria. And i think that is even better - whatsoever you own is yours 100%, not for some banks. Coming to Poland or any other EU state to work must be well calculated, because you can only spend your money here. You will never earn as much as your tuition fees (4,500 Euros per year for international students). So if your intension is to study and work to send money home, think again. Whatever, you earn in poznan may never be enough to even support you. Plus must polish employers will squeeze out the juice from you, to maximise man hour.
