particular properties Advertise by "Owners"
and, not from Agencies..

gumtree.pl has quite a few properties posted by owners

gratka.pl is the biggest. there is a search option to exclude agencies and have only sales by owner. site in polish but if you have a translation toolbar it's easy use.

daft.pl an easier site to use.

You can also try: bezposrednio.com or bezposrednikow.pl altgough both sites are only in Polish.

otodom.pl (this is typical real estate).

Some basic words translation into Polish:
real estate - nieruchomości
swap - zamiana
apartment - mieszkanie
house - dom
agency - agencja

But any regular Polish-English translator should do the job quite good.
