Can I sell my home in Poland remotely?

I am British, residing and working in the U.S.A. I am recently divorced from my Polish wife that lives in Poland in our family home. I would like to sign over power of attorney to my ex wife so she can list the family home for sale. Can this be done remotely? I intend on giving her all proceeds from the sale of the home so she can purchase a more reasonable flat. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated.

No. Your wife needs notary power of attorrney. So, u have to find polish notary or go to the polish consulate in USA (consul can make notary POA too).
