Hi, What do you think is an average price for a typical piece of land in a village, say within 30km of a big city?

hi

well try around 10,000-20,000 pounds depending on location. I was shocked how much this has risen in the last 2 years

Merged: Price of Land near Izabelin, Lipkowska

Hello everyone,
the company that I work for is thinking of purchasing some real estate (land) in the suburbs of Warsaw, Namley in an area called izabelin Lipkowska. I would greatly appreciate if someone could give me a rough estimate of the price per square meter in this region just to have an idea and not be ripped off by any agents.

Thank you so much.

You are developers, would it not be wise to ask for contacts of recommended land brokers who specialize in the north part of Warsaw, here is a link for land offers dom.gratka.pl/dzialki-grunty.

If I remember correctly AIG/Lincoln built a project there a few years ago, they are financed by American money contact them they may have more land to sell.
