Davidoff, Kleeberg and Maresh might be able to offer you some assistance: dkm.pl/pl/kontakt_one.php?biuro=3

Much better to do it privately rather than give a percentage to some bottom-feeder.

Affluent people usually find paying an agent less costly than wasting their own precious time.

And sensible people just place an ad on Gumtree rather than hand over a chunk to a member of the world's least trustworthy profession.

I stand by what I wrote.

Anyways, what are you contributing to this particular topic, johnny?

The OP should save his money. I've both used agents and done it myself. Going through an agent doesn't guarantee it's hassle free, and putting a sensibly worded ad on Gumtree is usually a better option.

So yeah, pretty sure your contribution isn't really that helpful or necessary for that matter.

i agree however if you do not live in Poland it is quite hard to let potential tenants visit the place, you need to ask your local friends and it is just embarrassing.

What i also find strange is that management companies I talked to decided what the rent should be, offer to pay you the rent directly instead of the tenants doing it, i would prefer that they just deal with finding a suitable tenant, making them sign the tenancy agreement under the owner's name and not the agency's name, deal with the documents , send you the czynsz etc get 10% commission on the year rent and that's it.

i mean let the tenants pay you .
Anyway I did not fully understand this kind of organisation.

Basically making money from nothing and a very untrustworthy bunch.

Depends a lot on your friends. Though if the apartment's good, it should let quickly.

I don't know about Polish rental agencies but I do know that my UK rental agency that I use is Hassle free and has been for the last 7 years.

You just need to ensure you find a good agency. The OP I assume wants a list so that they can research them all and pick a reputable agency.

booking.com/hotel/pl/kinematograf-piotrkowska.pl.html

This is new and central. Has a small standard kitchen in each. Don't know if it suitable for 45 days though.

Hi, do you have any idea yet as to which area you prefer to live in? How many rooms etc?
