Leftist idiocy rampant in the West

Biology teacher in Alcala de Henares (Spain) has been suspended and his salary was cut for teaching children that from biological point of view there are only two genders (male - XY chromosomes, and female - XX chromosomes). The teacher said that transgender people exist but even if they perform a surgical "gender change" their chromosomes are still identical with their birth gender and there is no scientific way to change that.

The teacher was suspended for half a year and his monthly salary was decreased by 600 euro.

Whatever next? Geography teacher suspended for claiming that the Earth is round? :)

With flat earthers trending, I wouldn't be surprised if politicians decide to allow only flat A4 maps of the globe. :)

only two genders (male - XY chromosomes, and female - XX chromosomes)

This is not true since you may have XXY or even XXXY (Klinefelter syndrome).

for claiming that the Earth is round? :)

And isn't the Eart flat?

Whatever next?

Next is Poland. The same things will happen here. The pendulum which is on the right now (e.g., PiS Ministry of Education is thinking of making RC Religion class compulsory in schools) will swerve left sooner or later. And we will have to complain about such cases as this one in Spain.

Actually, PIS opponents think it is a blessing that PIS forces its rightist ideology on people against their will. In result, we shall have second Spain and Ireland here quite soon. :):):).

Klinefelter syndrome

That's a medical condition - I suppose the teacher meant the ordinary, healthy organisms.

And isn't the Eart flat?

Of course it is! Otherwise the soles of our shoes would have to be rounded but they are flat. Checkmate, roundearthers!

Next is Poland. The same things will happen here.

I don't know about that. There is still too much common sense in our people for that to happen here.

Do you kneel down before the portraits of Soviet gurus like Lenin or Stalin and pray???

No. Only Putin - the man who said nyet to fag pride in schools

But Putin copies everything from Stalin - in stalinist times, gays were also persecuted. So you should also pray to Stalin.

But Putin copies everything from Stalin

Not everything. Some time ago Putin admitted that he came back to faith and is now a practicing Orthodox Christian (something unthinkable for Stalin who persecuted the Orthodox Church in USSR). Whether Putin's faith is genuine or not, I do not know, but Stalin was a sworn enemy of religion.

All I know is that no slimy Western politician could debate Putin and not look like a retard in the first five minutes. Especially the a-hole we are stuck with.

Another Western idiocy - pronouns. Here is a big, muscular dude with balls, prostate, and all, and I am supposed to say "she" or be fired because he wants to be on Wheaties.

He is rhetorically skillful, isn't he? :) He can be a likeable character, but what happens in Russia during his reign is unfortunately not so instantly likeable.

Another Western idiocy is the if even one... way of managing discomfort.
It goes like this: If even one illegal Latino kid feels bad looking at the American flag, the flag goes. Until the day the bastard walked into the school everything was fine. Now, the illegal scum - aided and abetted by the Jewish ACLU - forced the class to adjust to the illegal scum.

Somehow, I don't see this being done in Putin's Russia or Xi's China.

The same with Muslims. Christian kids are often coerced, if not commanded, to role play as a class experiment. Never, ever in reverse! That would be too painful to be allowed.

Jesus in urine? No problem. Try the same with Muhammad and the city will be in flames the same day and the artist charged with a hate crime.

I suppose the teacher meant the ordinary, healthy organisms.

He still taught wrony thing.

And I'm sure the teacher wasn't doing that because of his personal feelings towards transgender people...:D

He still taught wrony thing.

yep he should feed them BS, lies and a primitive magic thinking that goes against all scientific knowledge/ Hey because the truth could potentially offend 0,001% of the population.

How about you shut up as your stupidity offends me on a personal level.

transgender people

There are no transgender people. There are people who don't like their gender. There are brunettes who would like to be blonds and short people who would like to be tall. That's it.

There are people who are stupid enough not to think things through and bestow some rights on people that CLAIM they don't like their gender and let the freaks compete in the weaker gender's sports and, thus, defy the statistical odds of 50/50. I have yet to see a "transgender" guy with ovaries demanding the right to compete against those with prostate glands aka men. Like in weightlifting. Funny how it goes only in one direction.

Take few deep breaths.

This is not true since you may have XXY or even XXXY (Klinefelter syndrome).

This is what I meant.

Seriously, you should get checked

This is what I meant.

If this is what you meant, then the teacher was substantially right. Very rare medical conditions should by no means be considered separate genders (it's Klinefelter syndrome not Klinefelter gender).

And even if he forgot about those very rare medical conditions (after all he was teaching a class of teenage pupils, not lecturing at a medical university) was it really a good reason to suspend him and cut his salary? Come on...

(after all he was teaching a class of teenage pupils, not lecturing at a medical university)

My teachers taught me that in gimnazjum, so not medical uni needed.

As to the suspension, true.

Do you try to argue though that the teacher didn't go into it because of his personal views at the matter?

It's very difficult to get good quality teachers, especially in the districts in general. Most quality teachers prefer higher salaries, higher titles and deeper dive in to their favorite subjects.

The generational behavior doesn't help either, good quality teachers for the ages of 7-14 is rare.

Urbanization and competition with a capitol doesn't help either

Do you try to argue though that the teacher didn't go into it because of his personal views at the matter?

The article doesn't directly give any such information, but it says that what the teacher taught was in full accordance with the 1st grade curriculum and the official biology textbook.

If anything in the entire story was done because of personal views, it was the action of the school headmaster (of radical left origin) and the educational council inspector, which resulted in a half-year suspension of an experienced teacher (25 years of teaching), who always got positive reviews from students in internal polls conducted at the school in question.

It's very difficult to get good quality teachers

It might indeed be the case, but according to the article the teacher in question was always liked and respected by his students.

How it does I matters? Should people are being investigated just because they quoted a scientific truism?
What kind of Orwellian society you propagate?

It's very difficult to get good quality teachers,

...because good quality people want to do something more creative than teaching.

Teaching is like driving a bus. Soon, both will be done 100% by computers. That fake pandemic and the idiotic school lockdowns were the first major step...

hey you micro aggression has been noticed

Your open macro aggression too.

but it says that what the teacher taught was in full accordance with the 1st grade curriculum

True but I don't see why he would mention the operations then. Unless asked by students of course.

As I said, I don't agree with the suspension.
