Are Educational Documents from 3rd World Immigrants Scrutinised?

Im just asking this question because there have been a considerable amount of cases in the UK whereby documents for both education and finances have been falsified in student cases. I was just curious to know if this was the same in Poland and if they were more strict or even aware that this happened? Do 3rd world immigrants get jobs in Poland if so what industries do they work in? If they do how many hours are they allowed to work in order to qualify as students?

Yes and no - Poland is quite tough about giving Schengen visas, but for long term national visas, they aren't bothering too much. This might change once the rules change this month regarding no longer needing the Karta Pobtyu to travel within the EU - but who knows?

They don't get jobs in general - if they do, it's 5zl an hour kebab shop work. It's why you see many Indians (for example) attempting to do something in business, because they get a nasty realisation here that no-one's going to employ them. And it must be said - I've communicated with several of these "business" types and none of them have been able to do a thing for me. I even had one tell me that he couldn't arrange for the delivery of Indian products to a bonded warehouse in Poznan!

No restrictions. The private universities are also equally lax - as long as they pay the fees, they're not watched carefully. Poland is about what, maybe 20 years behind the UK in this respect?

There was that 'doctor' in Bradford who was using a medical degree that had belonged to a dead man with the same name. He hadn't even finished high school. He was practising as an NHS GP for 30 years before he was finally grassed up by pharmacists who were worried about prescriptions for ointment to be taken internally and other weird prescriptions - one of them involved creosote. They toughened the rules quite a lot after that.

No, it was a relavent point, since there have been 1,000s of illegal colleges closesd in the UK and I see that Poland has the gates open in this respect, I was just curious. See below, seems like Poland will be open to abuse!

I don't see the relevance, but I see that you are looking for another opportunity to bash foreigners in general, which has nothing to do with Poland.

I see that Poland has the gates open in this respect,

It is good to see that you care about Poland.

See below, seems like Poland will be open to abuse!

I don't know how many schools are illegal in Poland but as far as I know all existing schools have to meet the standards of the Education Ministry, so it would be hard to set up an illegal school in Poland.

If the UK government did not bother to check those illegal colleges, then the government neglected the issue. Your government.
