Thats why most of them want to come here.

Not really, Joker - it hasn't been the case for some time now. If Poles emigrate, they usually choose Western Europe, not the US.

Exactly. If my kids ever mentioned emigration to the US, I would say they are crazy.

Correct.
The USA used to be the favoured destination but not any more.

I think that is about right.
Nobody in their right senses would want to go to the USA now, it used to be everyones "Eldorado" but not any more.

Good!!!!! Stay the hell away. We don't need any more damn immigrants - legal or illegal. This bus is full so go somewhere else to add to Polish ghettos.

Like you.......Rich, you are an immigrant and your immigration was good for both you and America!

So don't give us that BS.

The reason Poles no longer want to go to America is because America is going downhill fast, as you and other Americans have posted on here many times.

Germany, Scandinavia and Britain are now their favoured destinations, partly because life seems better there but also because it is closer to Poland.

. If Poles emigrate, they usually choose Western Europe, not the US.

Chicago has the largest concentration of Poles besides Warsaw. Not that Poland matters anyhow, we have over 100 different country of migrants sneaking over our border. Why do you think they all want to come here?

If my kids ever mentioned emigration to the US, I would say they are crazy.

Tell them to stay in Poland so they can be a worthless pauper like you. Thats if Europe isnt totally on fire by then as you cant get along with your neighbors.

We don't need any more damn immigrants -

Trump said if he gets re elected hes going to deport all of them.

The USA used to be the favoured destination but not any more.

Not with your economy. The US will bounce back we have natural resources that Xiden refuses to use. This traitor and the Dems will be out of power soon:)

Yeah, but all came before WW2!
They won't be coming any more, all you are getting now are hispanics.
Spanish will soon be your first language.
Not many Poles speak Spanish so they go to county's like Germany or Norway, where they speak English.

Yeah, but all came before WW2!

They are still coming looking for work as I seen plenty of them. I know a CNC Mechanic that lives in England and just found out he can make almost double the money here.. He is trying to get a company to sponsor him so he can come here to work. You can check it if you want too.

Spanish will soon be your first language.

Yeah, thats funny. German was almost your language but we saved you limeys and now youre starting even more wars in Europe.

@Miloslaw
Have you seen that old TV show " The 2 Ronnies"? Is it British or Irish?

Chicago has the largest concentration of Poles besides Warsaw.

I know, I have family in Chicago lol Polonia in the US is also the largest Polish diaspora in the world. That's because Poles have been emigrating to the US for years since the colonial era, just like other nationalities. Your country was built by immigrants.

The largest wave of Polish immigration into the US was during the partitions of Poland from 1870 to 1914, a second after World War II, and a third wave after Poland's independence in 1989. But after Poland joined the EU Western Europe became a more attractive destination than the US, because it has become easy to move to other EU countries, to get a job there and it's closer to Poland, so you can visit your family more often. I'm not trying to put down the US, I'm just saying that since joining the EU it doesn't make that much sense to emigrate to the US. Unless you want to run really far away from your family in Poland, I guess lol

Good!!!!! Stay the hell away. We don't need any more damn immigrants

I'm not going anywhere lol

German was almost your language but

It was almost yours too when you won the War of Independence ...... check out your history.....had you gone with German as your language, the USA may have supported Germany in WW2 and we would all be German speaking Nazis now!

LOL!!!!

Unless you want to run really far away from your family in Poland,

Im sure that has happened before....

EU countries, to get a job there and it's closer to Poland,

I understand as my wifes sister and family moved to England. Many still want to come to the USA for the higher wages. If I were young and single it would be a good option. Its kind of gloomy weather wise in the UK. I like the sunshine not Fog. Its green though, very scenic , nice place:)

we would all be German speaking Nazis now!

Im glad we dodged that bullet! LOL

Rich, you are an immigrant

That does not prevent me from disliking immigrants. Do drunk drivers like other drunk drivers? Do murderers like other murderers? Do snitches like other snitches? Do pretty women like other pretty women?

I hate immigrants, their demands, their lousy English, their split loyalties, hyphens, smelly food, and everything else that makes them different.

The Two Ronnies were English and both lived for many years close to me, in Pinner and Hatch End.
Very clever and very funny.

. its kind of gloomy weather wise in the UK. I like the sunshine not Fog.

We have proper seasons here.
British fog is just another American myth.
At least.we don't get hurricanes, tornados and earthquakes.....
Chicago gets occasional tornados doesn't it?

Ive never seen one in the city but it could happen. We get awesome thunderstorms in the summer and lots of snow in the winter, but not cloudy all the time like England

Many still want to come to the USA for the higher wages.

Not as many as in the past though and the US isn't the top destination. Germany is:

forsal.pl/praca/aktualnosci/artykuly/8304166,emigracja-16-proc-polakow-rozwaza-emigracje-dokad-chca-wyjechac-badanie.html

...followed by the Netherlands and the UK. That's data from 2021.

Its green though, very scenic , nice place:)

That's all nice, but I think it's such a popular destination (among Western countries) because people speak English there :)))

Nonsense. Many people immigrate to Indiana from Illinois. Almost as many Poles immigrate to the Netherlands.

Your contradiction is infantile - Paulina is right - the US has ceased to be the desired destination for Polish emmigrants.

The biggest surprise is the number of Poles who emigrate to Ukraine. I'd have to think these aren't economic immigrants but familial immigrants.

Novichok 4 | 7,297

Hey, stupid, the difference is that you "immigrate" to the US - a lengthy process. To the Netherlands you "move" - just as I can move from Illinois to Indiana. Duh!
AntV 5 | 551
25 Oct 2022 #292
What I wonder about the statista numbers is whether or not they are counting only Polish immigrants to US who go through the immigration practice? I'd think that's what they are counting--meaning those numbers don't reflect those who come over to on a tourist or student visa (or something like that) and stay.

I'm still shocked by the numbers of Poles who emigrate to Ukraine.

"immigrate" to the US - a lengthy process.

Darling, that`s what we were talking about. Don`t change the subject into the Netherlands etc. I will have to give you fewer points for your essays with off topic content. Simple.

Chicago has the largest concentration of Poles besides Warsaw

WTF? Are you talking about? You mean there are more then 1 million Poles in Chicago? People born and rised in Poland with a Polish passport that moved there?

As far I know 30 years ago there were lot of Poles going to the USA but for like 20 years there are only few people move over there and they as a rule do not go to Chicago, only if they have family there.

Are you sure you are not making this up as there is no way you can tell how many Poles from Poland are in your city. Could be you confuse them with a first generation born there?

That does

Shut your trap. Why are you talking filth? Nobody cares what you have to say, tell it to other degenrates like you.

If I were young and single it would be a good option.

If you have a plan. Going to the US to be an illigal imigrant is not a good plan and doesn't apeal to people. They can go to Canada, much more simple.

Going to USA if you are a Mexican or a black illligal is much better, for the white people no so much.

Hey, stupid, I mentioned the Netherlands because someone mentioned it as a country where Poles "immigrate" to instead of the US. They do it because N is closer and part of the EU, not because N is better than the US. Duh!
pawian 202 | 21,173

They do it because N is closer and part of the EU, not because N is better than the US.

We don`t care why sth is happening. We just stated the fact which is the following - let me repeat it for you again - the US stopped being the emigrant dream destination long ago. Are you able to comprehend such a simple fact or not? And after comprehending, accept it???

Shut your trap.

Don`t be so primitively abusive. It is pathetic on your part. Is that how you address your family on a daily basis so you don`t know other styles of communication??

Novi, sorry for Iron`s rudeness, he was born and raised in the gutter.
