Cultural marxism, leninism and communism?

does anyone else like me think it is all to do with protecting and generating wealth for the aggressor.

If that was the objective and the final outcome, it could actually pass for a smart policy. Mean, inhumane, but smart.
The problem is that the US wars generate wealth only for the military swamp. To sell another to the gullible, the swamp has to dress it up as patriotic as possible with "democracy", "our freedoms" and s*it like that. The most annoying thing about it is that this ploy is used over and over and works like a charm every single time.

Women always demand to have jobs ...

...because women are genetically not capable of inventing. That is why they gravitate to the jobs where inventing is actually not allowed.

Not when it isn't practiced by those who preach it.

A weak response.

You made a statement which I refuted.

You tried; and contradicted yourself delightfully.

then women always maximize their time away from work

How? Do they get extra statutory holidays then?

A weak response.

A truthful response which has weakened you more than anyone thought was possible.

You tried; and contradicted yourself

No contradictions. But is this the best you can come up with? Clearly, you've run out of things to say.

How?

By just calling off and claiming to be sick (yet again) or caring for someone they know (yet again) even if they are just having a lie in or are off to the hairdresser.

Employers know they will have to go through a very long and expensive process with a high likelihood of damaging blowback if they even attempt to investigate or worse hold scheming workshy women to account.

Women know the deck is stacked in their favor. All they have to do is claim they are being discriminated against. Employers will always be held to a higher standard and burden of proof than their female employees. That's what equality means under feminism.

A truthful response which has weakened you.

In your dreams.

By just calling off and claiming to be sick... caring for someone they know (yet again)... just having a lie in...off to the hairdresser.

Actual employers (real ones, rather than your pretend ones) monitor sickness and other time off. So it's a no, women don't get more time off than men.

Especially if they're "off to the hairdresser". Have you ever had a real job yet?

It's so unsurprising that virtue signaling equality advocates like yourself don't know what you are talking about but know you will never be put in a position to have to deal with it.

Those of us who do have frequently observed where a female employee shows up late on a Monday for any lame reason and then leaves early because of any given lame reason. She calls off sick on Tuesday and then shows up late again on Wednesday for any lame reason but with a brand new hair style and redone nails! She'll spend most of Wednesday talking to anyone who will listen about her new hair style and nails and she will always solicit a comment from a male supervisor who is compelled to give very cautious and carefully worded compliments (rather than a well deserved reprimand) so as to avoid being "Me Too"ed. She will leave again early for any lame reason. She'll spend Thursdays dividing her time listening to the work other employees had to complete for her while she was out and catching up on office gossip. Her Fridays are reserved for discussing (yes, the whole workday) her weekend social plans.

Welcome to equality in the workplace under feminism.

Have you? No you haven't.

Actual workplaces (real ones, not your imaginary ones) monitor sickness, timekeeping and efficiency. They have Human Resources departments to do precisely that.

Welcome to equality in the workplace

How can you welcome someone to "the workplace" when you've never had. a real job?

OMG! LOL!

Oh, your ignorance of what you imagine goes on in real jobs is simply stunning!

Yeah, "Human Resources" staffed exclusively with feminist hags. Pick any business, in any city, and it is always the same. It's been this way for decades.

How many years have you spent full-time in the workplace?

Real jobs, rather than lemonade stands or student stuff.

How many years

Assuredly long enough where I know what actually goes on in the real world whereas you could only ever guess and have wishful thinking.

So that's a no then.

A stalker like you will never see my enviable CV even if you only have your stray cats and pigeon friends to talk to about it.

my enviable CV

You don't have one.

pigeon

At least carrier pigeons are working animals and therefore have employment experience.

The pay is chickenfeed though...
