No more "The-WB-godlike-body-appreciation-thread" ? ;-)

So you should take advantage of it(?) and pump even harder!

You're looking really great. But I'm not sure about your style though, especially in the first picture! :D
Some random white sneakers, black socks and....em...pampers (even if they are from Lonsdale)...really!? Come on... :D

So, keep calm and carry on!! :-)
Cheers

So you train all your adult life to look like this? talk about time wasting, not only you have very poor results but also you don't know how to pose and how to take pictures, basically a triple fail :-/

Brown rice! are you having a laugh? the steak is sirloin mate, one of the leanest cuts out there, you don't have to eat the fat but in any case thats not where people pick up the majority of their fat content. Which steak cut would you suggest?

Socks hell, those whitey tighties are fu cking hilarious.

I don't know what a whitey tighty is but i assume it has something to do with you being a general nasty b@stard.......as usual.

and here we have two of the PF's nasties commenting inline with their usual hate filled stuff. Nice work lads. This is where we differ, if any of you two posted something beneficial for yourselves i would either not comment or say something nice. Trolls gotta troll.....i guess.

If you went and looked in the mirror right now johnny, what would you see? A proud human being? somebody who is righteous and behaving appropriately?

Wulkan i wont ask you the same question because you really are too stupid to know how stupid you actually/really are. So i'll just type that instead.

Yes, I'm having quite a laugh at how terrible you are at your hobby, you don't have to be professional to do something right you see, you waste your time on trying to look good in your spare time. Why don't you just take a time off from sweating your ass off at the gym and educate yourself instead on that matter, these days with the access to fast internet with so many sources it's super easy. Now all you do is showing what a clown you are hoping that every single person on this forum has no clue about bodybuilding. Well, you was wrong.

Ahh, New York strip is a much leaner cut.
A whey protein drink, mixed with water would a much better choice.
Whole grain cereals
Your pasta is o.k. but leave the cheese off it or better yet a whole long grain brown rice instead.
Boiled chicken breast in a salad with carrots, peppers, cucumber with a whole wheat roll.
Have you ever heard of Animal Pak ? A must for lifters.
Hells bells Boy, I could have you bulked back up again in no time as your trainer and dietitian.
No more beer at all though.
Give me a phone call and I will be glad to help you out.

Sledz me old mucker, how the devil are you?

What percentage of your food intake, involves high protein?

I try to get in about 150 grammes of protein a day, probably about 60 from shakes and the rest food. Its difficult eating what i need with my work, but we try our best.

Your pasta is o.k.

the pasta is for carbs johnny, i usually eat that for lunch for energy and taper off the carbs as the day progresses.

Are you calling this roll a carbs?

Its a croissant bud.

Try some of these foods to go along with your diet.
Avocado, kale, peanuts, green tea, cherries, bananas, apples, oranges, sun flower seeds,
flax seed, whey, chicken & fish (baked or boiled), eggs, brown long grain whole rice, garlic,
peppers, spinach, broccoli, carrots, ect.
No more than 8 oz. of lean red meat per day.
No ingrediences ending in 'ose' like fructrose or glutose
No ingrediences with gluten, MGM.
No potato's, breads, corn, peas, dairy products or beer.
No fried foods at all.
Water, lots of water.
You'll be down to fighting weight in no time. ;-)

The usual stuff mate, I'm not eating whole grain wheat or brown pasta because i don't like it much. Besides its only for carbs. Protein is where the actions at in terms of building muscle and most of the meat i buy is free range. But even if its not the protein count is basically the same, I think the long term health risks associated with supermarket meats and indeed many other mass produced foods is yet to play out.

WB, there's something that might come in useful for you

Yes it would, I need to get hold of something like that. But again the preperation is a pain in the ass. Its too easy and tasty to just grab take away meals on the go.

Thanks, i basically eat the same stuff week in week out, its a fairly healthy diet but I'm aware that i need to diet to get the body fat down. For years there have been areas I've been trying to improve on. Legs was one, these days i love training legs. Consistency is another, the way my life is set up at the moment means i get to train regularly so thats not a problem. Diet is the hardest in my opinion, and thats the last real challenge left. I made 11% body fat when i was about 20, it certainly doesn't get any easier with age.

Tried a steamer? My friend usually chucks a load of chicken on the top two compartments and a load of veggies on the bottom drawer, and you don't need to bother with it when it's cooking. But yeah, from what he says, the preparation is an utter pain. What he's doing is preparing everything on the Sunday night and sticking it in the fridge for the coming week - but I guess the repetitive nature of the food would soon drive anyone bonkers.

Dorian Yates

I met him few times when doing shopping at tesco in Sutton Coldfield, he's a nice guy, he invited me to the gym he's running in the city centre called Temple gym, maybe one day I'll pop over. His look quite changed now obviously, his massive shoulders got my attention, the back is nowhere as big as it used to be, when I noticed the Union jack tattu on his forearm I knew it was him.

The usual stuff mate, I'm not eating whole grain wheat or brown pasta because i don't like it much. Besides its only for carbs.

There are many types of carbs and you need to choose the best, long lasting ones. If you eat pasta, buy one from the durum wheat.

Who's your all time favourite bodybuilder, WB?

Certainly not Arnold. I don't really have one. Yates is probably my favourite i suppose. He was the main man when i started getting serious about training back in my 20's.

Lazar has a near perfect physique.

It just amazes me about how much dedication is needed to get into that kind of shape. I know people say "ah, it's the steroids", but no steroids are going to replace the sheer amount of hard work and discipline needed to get into that shape.

I read somewhere that the average Mr Olympia winner can expect to spend 10 years competing before hoping to win the title, which is just insane.

I'm sure he could get a few people to pay him so they don't have watch his amazing physics. Some busy street corner for example.
