He said he didn't serve black people and deserved to be punished. The only thing that can be objected to in that case is that if 100 blacks had done the same thing, refused to serve a white person and said it clearly, 98 of them would have gone to court with absolutely no punishment. Ours aren't perfect by any means, however at least killings by them are extremely rare and usually justified.

This is a pattern with them.

They seem to have very short training compared to police in developed countries and often tend to be a specific type of person. They obviously aren't all like that. I have a friend who's on the police there (a Latinx-American) and someone from my street who was in the police back home retired early and emigrated there and joined the police together with her wife. They are both good people, however these outrages happen so often there that one wonders what is the rule and what is the exception.
