It is quite sad the way that some people use threads about schools honouring the past to vent.

why on earth has it taken them 77 years to do that?!

If you wanted to address a school honoring a fragment of the past you should choose your words with care. Instead you have used this opportunity to yet again vent your hate. Now tell us about your inadequacies.

Above all, FULL Jews anywhere within the Reich were automatically slated for annihilation, no exceptions

It wasn't as simple as that. Money and power meant that the poor went to the death camps first.with money and (a lot of) luck you could buy your way out with the help of Germans.

I think it's a source of ongoing survivors guilt.

The Kapos, you mean? Yes, to a degree you're right about that. However, most weren't able to "buy their way" out of extermination, and bribery was usually met with the harshest reprisals, both for the prisoners, as well as the person who initiated the bribe.

I think is a due to close collaboration of the Jewish police and authorities in gettos with the Nazi Germany. Plus with a staggering indifferenceof the American Jews as to the fate of their European kin.

close collaboration

Brutally forced collaboration is a more accurate expression.

However, most weren't able to "buy their way" out of extermination

Yes. very few were able to do anything at all.

REally? No one had been forced to join Jewish Police in getto, some people used bribery to get into it.

No one had been forced to join Jewish Police in getto,

You're trying to suggest that Jewish people during the holocaust had a wide range of life choices?

Classic victim blaming.

Classic victim blaming.

Classic BS talking.

Young and healthy had a choice to join or not to join Jewish police or to collaborate or not to collaborate with the Nazis. Those are facts.

join or not to join

A choice to starve or not starve. Do you envy them?
