I remember reading that the rat meat prices rose three-fold in Asia compared to previous year. Mind you that was about two years ago.

This is chinese culture, how can you disagree or judge them? If they want to cook rat and stray cat and call it chicken, that's their business! This is the diversity liberals say they love.

I have no problem with it... just don't charge me for rice when I'm getting mice... ;)

Don't show your ignorance yet again: everybody knows that cat tastes like rabbit, not chicken.

I've actually cooked a cat once. It had gotten into the washing machine and died. So we gutted it and roasted it with some veg in the oven and served it up to the MP who were inspecting. They thought it was rabbit also.

Try growing some rats too. You never know what tomorrow may bring. Just don't mix catmeat with ratmeat, doesn't go well together.

It was a ginger pu$sy. Never tasted it though.

Like I said, just some veg, but salad would be nice if you bbq'd the cat.

Rat meat also goes with red wine while cat meat should always be accompanied by white wine.

Nettle if you want it spicy. Otherwise, catmint would be fine.
