The most famous Polish surname in the Epstein files as of now is a Polish tennis legend and an art collector Wojciech Fibak:

Fibak claims that he and Epstein weren't close and that he wasn't being invited to his parties, but:
'he isn't hiding the fact that he knew Epstein quite well. "We were neighbours in New York for 20 years. We were seeing each other in restaurants, vernissages, we had many mutual friends. When I was going to trendy restaurants there people like Lauder, Trump or Soros were exchanging greetings with me - he revealed.'
My translation of another fragment from the article concerning controversies around Fibak:
'In 2013 "Wprost" wrote that the tennis player was the middleman for older, rich men in making contacts with young women. The article which was an effect of a journalist provocation contained recordings confirming his activity (...)
The author of the article, Malina B艂a艅ska, in an interview from September 2025 told about Fibak's behaviour that resembled sexual harassment. She reported that during one of the meetings he took her to his office where he kissed her and touched her in an intimate way while calling her "appetising." The journalist admitted that she tried to stop him while not blowing her cover at the same time. Fibak tried to block the article from getting published.'
In the second half of the 90s an investigation in France called "Affaire Brumark-Bourgeois" was being conducted which was investigating an international net of luxury prostitution and escort agency connected to fashion and showbiz industry. Many people were questioned in this case, Robert De Niro among others, who was a witness. In the investigation files also Fibak's surname came up whose contacts with people tied to this agency were being analysed by the prosecutors.
The investigators were checking if the Pole could be the middleman between young women and rich clients. At some point also a suspicion of an inappropriate behaviour of Fibak towards one woman came up. In the end French prosecutors didn't find enough evidence to confirm that Fibak was guilty and the case against him was dropped.'

Btw, in another Polish article I've read that Epstein files are also showing e-mail exchanges between Epstein and at least two Polish models. He was paying for their college tuitions, apartments, helping them with starting a career and such.
At some point Fibak married a woman who was his daughters' age. At that time she was a law student, but she was also trying to become a model. They divorced after 13 years of marriage around the time when the "Wprost" article came out - the divorce was finalised in 2014. Allegedly they didn't divorce because of the controversies, but because he was hitting on their housekeeper.
Fibak and his former 25 years younger wife:
