Stefan Kudelski born in Warsaw on February 27, 1929, died on January 26, 2013 was a Polish audio engineer, famous for creating the Nagra series of professional audio recorders.In the course of his career, he was awarded numerous distinctions among which Oscars from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in 1965, 1977, 1978 and 1990, two Emmy Awards from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in 1984 and 1986. He was also Doctor Honoris Causa from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) since 1986.

oops I didn't know until today that "famous" Nagravision is a company of the Kudelski Group.

My condolences to the family, a fantastic audio engineer, without whom ,music and films would not be as good!
Gone but lives on in sound recording.

You are right . It is frustrating that the press does not write about it, and TV does not inform. They just constantly move around the same subjects , mainly about fighting of the two opposition parties , such foolishnesses that you can not take them seriously.I feel embarrassed for these politicians. Palikot movement is an extreme example of this.
