"Michal Mikolai Lysejko, 27; Waclaw Jan Kieltyka, 35; Rafal Tomasz Piotrowski, 31; and Hubert Edward Wiecek, 30, are being held Monday without bail at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Inmate Reception Center downtown as they await extradition back to Washington state."

They are maintaining their innocence.

men should be responsible for women actions.

More being responsible for not abducting women. If they're innocent, they'll be acquitted, if not, they won't.

the difference between a country that presumes t

The laws in both countries are pretty well the same.

If they're innocent, they'll be acquitted, if not, they won't.

The wisdom has spoken.

Are you going to open a new topic every time alleged rape occurs ?

When it's a news headline relating to a Polish rock group, probably yes.

Perhaps you prefer that topics relating to Poland weren't discussed on a forum about such matters.

Anyway, they're currently being extradited to the jurisdiction where the alleged kidnapping and gang rape occurred. I hope they're innocent, since that would mean a woman wasn't kidnapped or gang raped. If indeed she was, they should feel the full force of the law.

They are maintaining their innocence.

Of course they are. They know fine well that American prisons are tough places, and those pussies wouldn't survive a day inside them.

To me they look as innocent as newly-born babies.

If they're guilty, they should be punished. No doubts about it. And it doesn't matter what nationality they are.

If they're guilty, they should be punished.

That is a talent our commie jon the one that get away has. He create a red herring, pulls out some obscure story and post it as if anyone but him would condone any criminal acts no matter perpetrators origin. (well Harry and delph do that too)

The only reason he is posting those criminal records of jon Littlefinger is a Polish passport of the alleged criminals.

Actually, reading the forum it seems Poland and Poles are just terrible - murderers, rapists and deadly sockets.
Strangely enough, terrible things happen all over the world. The excuse for posting certain things is that it is a Polish forum so it should be about Poland and Poles. I can understand it. But then again isn't there anything positive here? Why do some do nothing but complain?

pulls out some obscure story

What's obscure about a rock band kidnapping and raping a woman?

It's all over the US news too. Hardly obscure.

What's obscure

Everything.
What is in this story or any other story you post on PF that makes you think that is actually something suitable for this forum or even remotely interested.

It could be interesting if you would talk about women stepping into a bus of some rock band I never heard about? What for? A stimulating intellectual conversation about separation of powers entrenched in the Constitution over a mug of coffee? eh?

Rock bands are notorious for being bad boys, rumors of illegal substances, wild sex and wild behavior - a trill of a danger in there in the package.

What kind of a woman find this interesting that much that would accept invitation to a band's bus?

We know that you don't care about it all - you're only interested in a crime or in alleged criminals, only if a Polish passport holder is a perpetrator of such a crime or at the least is a suspect.

It means I question your integrity and your motivation and found you chubby and lacking.
Not that I have expected anything less from my favorite psychopath.:)

It's all over the US news too. Hardly obscure.

There are really only two possibilities. Either (as she seems to be alleging) they detained (the media says abducted/kidnapped) her and gang raped her. Or the other possibility which is that they didn't detain her and didn't gang rape her.

The band evidently deny this whereas, she has presumably made a formal allegation (in the UK she wouldn't have made her full statement yet, just an allegation recorded by the police - in the US it may be different).

Is there CCTV, forensic evidence or an eyewitness who can confirm her story or vindicate the band? If there is, it will be under scrutiny now and there will doubtless be press releases from police or lawyers.

Does she have a motive for lying? Only she knows. I don't know if 'Decapitated' are rich and famous, however I suspect they aren't. Does it matter? No, because their tour organiser probably is.

There will be plenty in the media about this.

Third possibility - she was basically willing at the time but now regrets it and has recast it as rape (as women are strongly encouraged to do in the US).

Another possibility. If there's CCTV, witnesses or forensics they may shed some light.
