Paulina, I can't believe it, but the day has come where we are in total agreement with everything..

And the same thing happened with Harry and Polonius yesterday by Harry's own admission. That's at least two Christmas miracles so far!

KOD welcomes everyone

KOD welcomes everyone regardless of their political affiliation on condition that they do not know they are marching not for demcoracy but to defend and entrench the perks, privilege and influence of a small bankster elite. Those who know the truth do not walk behind Petru & Co. But, as one saying goes: Głupich nie sieją, sami się rodzą! There are multitudes of poor, duped, deluded and bambooozled souls who sincerely believe they are defending democratic rule.

the Polish nation's wellbeing at heart

Very neutral. It reports the facts; and the facts are currently ugly, unless the stock exchange and currency haven't plummeted and it was all in fact a bad dream...

Correction - PiS voters are angry :)

Anybody who claim to be Polish and has an once of a sense in him should be disgusted by the way foreigners are butting in into internal Polish affairs! That is not their call and not their business!

Yes. Duda is the right winger and the one who is doing great harm.

You lot those radical neo-Marxists progressives are the biggest threat to the western civilization you are like a virus that spread in a weakened organism, all citizen rights should be striped from you.

but I'm glad that the media abroad are writing and telling about this.

You have a long way to go before you could earn your right to vote!

He will do whatever Kaczyński will tell him to do.

You are doing and saying everything your mum tell you to.

It's just getting worse and worse. After

You mean media supporting that side that lost are getting hysterical? You supposedly have a brain and are able to think independently?

I think it's really time for him to go already. he's the greatest hatemonger in all of this.

Really? I think he is the only person that stops this country on its way to the civil war. So called opposition are just irresponsible trash and traitors. He is a moderated centrist!

According to my dad he lost it.

let me guess PO sidekick - shame!

So called opposition are just irresponsible trash and traitors.

Calling people "trash" and "traitors" is exactly the kind of thing that's coming out of PIS at the minute. What kind of person goes around calling Polish people those kind of names?

Worth pointing out that the PZPR also called political opponents all sorts of names, including comparing them to Germans.

Calling people "trash" and "traitors

What would be your suggestion for a new better name for TT? Trash and traitors?

Polish people those kind of names?

Only those Poles who are indeed trash and traitors. If the shoe fits....etc.

I'm actually happy EU is moaning. If there's anything they excell at it's exactly that. They showed us their inability to act in times that needed an action several times already. Good they know now there are countries that aren't voiceless and that not everything that works well for them (and their already fat wallets) works equally nicely for others.

I've got to admit I like what (foreign minister) Witold Waszczykowski said in response to refugees. He pointed out that
1. Germany waited 7 years before letting Poles work in the country, yet they are accepting Syrians, people from another continent, right away.
2. Poland is in NATO for many years now, but no NATO forces station in Poland.
3. Between NATO and EU, Germany is much more concerned with pleasing Russia than pleasing its nearest partner.

I like what he said because it was frank and true. It's also rare to see a PiS politician using rational arguments. But it's still a red herring. Open borders can't work only one way - only to the benefit of Poland and at expense of other countries.

Sure, Petru and other bankster lobbyists have set up special blogs which list in detail all their shady contacts with Western big-money forces including the amount of kickbacks the lobbyists regularly get. NOT!

So let me get this straight - you're blaming Petru and .Nowoczesna for what isn't there ? Like in the joke:

A woman carefully examines his husband's suit after he gets back home. Upon not finding a single long hair, she says: "Great! Now you don't even leave the bald women alone!".

Petru and his associates have shady contacts because you say so ?

1. Germany waited 7 years before letting Poles work in the country, yet they are accepting Syrians, people from another continent, right away.

Doesn't make much sense to most Germans as well. Even my left wing German friends are utterly confused by everything.

2. Poland is in NATO for many years now, but no NATO forces station in Poland.

There are complex reasons for that, not least because NATO doesn't necessarily trust Poland.

3. Between NATO and EU, Germany is much more concerned with pleasing Russia than pleasing its nearest partner.

Makes perfect sense. Poland is no threat to Germany, but Russia certainly is.

have shady contacts

Because there's no such thing as an honest bankster. They are greed personified! Being a multi-millionaire one might think Petru would be content with what he's got but the greed bug never lets up. You don't honestly think he would plaster his contacts and kickbacks all over the net, do you?

Being a multi-millionaire

Petru isn't a multi-millionaire. Haven't you read his financial statement?

From memory, Nowoczesna was funded initially through a large loan.

It sure was :)))))))

financial statement

One press report set his assets at over 3 mln zł -- a staggering fortune by Polish standards.

Petru is not any magnate, he's just their servant.

he's just their servant

Of course he is, but a handsomely paid one. He wouldn't be making a fool of haranguing the rabble from a bus roof just out of the goodness of his heart or to promote some high-sounding abstract cause. He has but one cause: $$$, €€€, zł zł zł, £££ and only when it's in his own pocket!

A staggering fortune? ROFL! I work with people who make double that every year. Three million is the going rate for a detached house in a nice-ish bit of Warsaw.

3 mln zł

3 mln zł may not be a fortune to anyone who circulates in Petruesque circles and hobnobs with other corporate in-types, but most Poles* would need 100 years to earn not 3 but only 2.5 mln zł.

*The current so-called "average" salary of 3,500 is misleading because it is jacked up by the Kulczyks, Solorzes, Czarneckis, Petrus, Michniks and other moguls. The largest percentage of Poles earn from 1,500 to 2,500 per month and are happy even to have a job.

The largest percentage of Poles earn from 1,500 to 2,500 per month and are happy even to have a job.

So why are PiS intending on forcing retired people to give up working and why are PiS intending on punishing them with extra taxes?
Harry

3 mln zł may not be a fortune

It's not even a particularly comfortable amount if it's all tied up in unliquid assets. And if you think it's a sign of unimaginable wealth, perhaps you'd like to tell us how much your properties are worth?

The largest percentage of Poles earn from 1,500 to 2,500 per month

Care to explain how a sizeable percentage of Poles earn below the minimum wage?

It isn't much at all in the scheme of things - nothing to boast about, certainly.

A huge number of people in Poland are asset-rich but cash-poor

{Lyzko - immediately reported any "anti-Polish activity"}
Speaking of immediate reaction, you should see the knee-jerk reaction of Jews to the slightest whiff of anti-Semitism in the media, political scene, culture or wherever. And everyone knows Jews are way ahead of Poles in everything, so they are right in reacting to any form of perceived ethno-religious defamation.
