Poland vis a vis the US and Iran

Palestine and Palastinians have NEVER EXISTED!

By that retarded logic the English ceased to exist after the act of union with Scotland and the Welsh like the Palestinians never existed. The non existent English gave a government to a non existent Welsh people.

Polish history and culture ceased to exist after the first partition. Magically both were recreated in 1918...

Palestine and Palastinians have NEVER EXISTED!They are an invented race and country.

You got it backwards. It is a facts that Israelis never existed, it is fake identity. There was no exodus as described and Ashkenaz never had ancestors who were slaves in Egypt. They have stolen scripture and altered the history of others to retrofit their own. They have actually switched stories around to paint the villains who drove Egypt to absolute desolation as the good guys and the bad guys were the people trying to stop them from buying up everything and selling it back to the people who lived there at superinflated prices.

During the presidential campaign, did Trump mention Iran and his plan to attack it? If not, should the election be voided, and should the offender be put on trial and imprisoned?

Iran was 2 weeks away from developing a nuclear bomb that could have hit Washington or London

Golden Cow didn't know that during the election campaign because Biden hid the information

An idiotic statement for brainwashed peasants. Bush said the same about Iraq and was proven wrong.

Er...senior US military and political figures testified that this was the case in congressional hearings

.senior US military an

They claimed it for the last 40 years.
Meanwhile the last president that tried to stop Israel from acquiring nukes was John F. Kennedy.

Don't worry Barney, I was being sarcastic - the US guys have disappeared, probably sick of the flame wars, so I was just playing Devil's advocate

Saudi Arabia is discussing a Helsinki-style non-aggression pact with Iran.

Meanwhile, the UAE is signaling that it will double down on its relations with Israel, and is lashing out at its Gulf allies for not doing enough to counter Iranian aggression.

-//-

I wonder if the Emiratis know what they are doing?

They're getting a little too big for their britches.

First, they took the opposite side to Saudi Arabia in the civil war in Sudan (where they finance the worst type of war criminals on the planet).

Then, they backed the opposite side to Saudi Arabia in Yemen (which led to KSA bombing a huge weapons shipment while it was still in port).

-//-

How does a small country like the UAE (with just 2M citizens amidst a sea of temporary residents), think it can enter a long term confrontation with not one - BUT TWO of its biggest neighbors?

Between the two of them, Iran and Saudi Arabia can strangulate the UAE - and Israel will not be able to save them.

This seems a very shortsighted policy approach.

Hitching your wagon to Israel, at a time when the entire Arab and Muslim world views Israel as a dangerous and unpredictable country is... inexplicable.

Curious what others think about this.

Trump has finally realized the US would get chased out of Iran even faster than it did in Afghanistan, so now he's turning to China for help. Winning!

Curious what others think about this.

It does seem like they act well above their weight class. I wonder how much of their boldness comes from its close relationship with the US and if its approach to Israel isn't at the behest of America.

"In an abrupt move confirmed by Euronews, the US has [...] scrapped the 4,000-strong rotational force due to replace troops once they completed their deployment to Poland."

thegatewaypundit.com/2026/05/us-cancels-deployment-4000-troops-poland-as-trump/

Is Poland still surprised? For Trump, Poland is nothing more than a little b*tch to take advantage of and sell overpriced junk to. There's nothing more important than Israel.

At some point he will sell them to the highest bidder in Russia. Only 65% of Poles are pro EU nowadays. Maybe they should reconsider?

Of course - it was obvious they will abandon Poland, same as they abandoned Ukraine. In the US thread that has been predicted many times

same as they abandoned Ukraine

Will you remind the American congress that we've abandoned Ukraine. They didn't get that memo, as they are currently putting together a package of 1.5 billion in humanitarian aid (same amount as eu) and 8 billion in arms for Uke.

Give it to us instead!

@Bobko

😄

That'd really be getting ahead of ourselves.

Would you take to 1.5 billion to recede back across the Russian border?

He's russian, he'd say he would and then would pretend he never said that as the money disappeared into a private bank account....

@mafketis

Nah, not Bobko. He wants this war to end, but he also wants some due respect-a place at the table without having to pay the "give me half of your soul" cover charge.

He wants this war to end

he wants russian victory

wants some due respect-a place at the table

russia had that (or was in the process of getting it) and they threw it away to kill Ukrainians and there is _no_ serious opposition within russia (including bobko) to the idea of russians killing as many Ukrainians as it 'needs' to in order to assure victory.

Miloslaw  24 | 5661

Nah, not Bobko. He wants this war to end,

Yes, because he knows that Russia is losing!

@mafketis

Russia is incapable of killing more Ukrainians than Ukrainians are killing Russians.... end of.

So how long can Russia keep on sending their youngsters into the "Meat Grinder" for?I suspect that it's not very long..... Russia is losing this war but stubborn Putin will not give up till the very last moment...god knows when that will be..... he will never accept Russia losing this war, so maybe Ukraine has to take it more into Russia.....

AntV  7 | 1085
15 May 2026   #925
@mafketis

Pretty sure Russians would disagree that they were in process of getting a place at the table-without selling half of their soul.

How many of us know what is actually going on inside Russia? I'm sure it's much more complex than us westerners caricature it to be...kind of like what we so with Iran. We have a talent for caricaturing that which is different than what we desire it to be.
Yes, because he knows that Russia is losing!

Yes, you've been saying that for quite awhile. Granted, nothing actually proves anyone is losing or winning, but at least we get to experience your Russia is Fvcked series.

Russians are often fine alone, but problems begin when there is a whole group of them.

The only problem the North Nigerian public has with the war is that they have not won yet.

They totally support the illegal invasion, they agree with the colonial reasons for it, they supported the rapes, the murder and looting, they support the bombing of civilians. In elections 83 percent of them voted for the war criminal leader.

The trope is spreading of the honorable North Nigerian who is basically a good person who only wants respect and a "seat at the table". This is just a propaganda effort to exonerate the rest of the regime, who are already preparing for life after Putler (and a new orgy of theft and murder just this time on their own streets).

It's possible Trump made a deal with Musk, since high gas prices equal more EV sales for him. Billionaires will always find a way to rob regular people who are still stupid enough to keep voting for them.
