Going to be in Poland in April. During my stay Lech Poznan has a home game. I'd like to go so I went to buy tickets, however they are currently not for sale...so it appears.

When do tickets for individual games typically go on sale, ie a month prior, week prior, etc.? Or is this a sign they are sold out?

My wife has no idea (typical woman) and my bro-in-law avoids talking to me via technology like the plague.

Please accept my gratitude for any help withbthis matter in advance.

About 2 weeks before kick-off. Clubs like Lech have to take into account European competitions, domestic cup etc., so some of the games are rescheduled, and that's probably why you can't buy tickets for them much in advance.

Were you trying to get Lech-Katowice or Lech-Legia tickets? The second game will, of course, be much more entertaining. ;)

I'll be in town for Katowice game...the one on the 11th. I saw that Legia game and thought...maybe we need to reschedule our visit.

I almost was able to get the wife to agree with a side trip Rome, which would mysteriously coincide with an AS Roma game. But, no dice.

I've been able to watch Lech in Conference League play on a streaming service. Saw them get their dupsa kicked on a plastic field in Gilbratar. Euro football played on plastic turf is blasphemous.

... and before you pull out some statistics, the trick is to remember the times when we beat you and repress the traumatic memories of losses - this way Lechia always owns you. ;)

Lech's backline is populated by mild retards.

Especially the centre.

It's a pity Lechia had -5 points at the start of the season (financial problems). They would be one point below European spots otherwise. However, if they keep playing like that, they might qualify for Europe anyway. *fingers crossed*

Lechia is definitely a more well rounded squad. According to the standings, it looks like Ekstraklasa is interesting this year-not just the usual suspects pushing for top spot and Europe.

I watched the game on beIN sports app. There was mo commentating. It's was different but pretty cool. Almost like you were at stadium.

Very interesting, and Polish teams are earning a lot of points in Europe for Ekstraklasa. I don't want to jinx it but we may well see a Polish club in Champions League soon.

Widzew spent a lot of money during the winter break; they lost today but should be dangerous later in the season. As for Legia, Papszun is their coach now, so they shouldn't stay in the relegation zone for long.
