Some guy threatened today to blow himself up on the Smoleńsk statue in Warsaw and this area got sealed off by the police. A negotiator talked him into giving up on this idea. A few hundred police officers were involved, including counter-terrorists:

It isn't clear yet if he really had any explosives.
