New GfK Polonia poll says PiS can win 49 per cent of votes in the upcoming elections. Changing Poland's Constitution?

Summer holidays. PO voters are away, PiS voters are at home ;)

It looks like all polls show the same...

(I personally can't stand PiS and can't stand PO but I have the intution that PiS is going to make it this fall).

@Delph: when poll institutes call, it does not matter whether people are on vacation or not.

After the 1st tour, all polls gave Duda winner and during that time no vacation ;).

I cannot stand either party (if I were Polish, I would vote TR) but I accept whatever Poles decide. Neither PO nor PiS shall change my life.

PS: do you vote (in Poland)?
You seem to take it personally...

I think a lot is resting on Duda - if he vetoes laws and starts to massively interfere with the running of the country, the PiS vote will collapse. The problem that PiS have is that they might be in the horrific situation of getting 37-38% of the vote and then not having any coalition partner.

I wouldn't be terribly shocked if PiS entered a coalition with the likes of the SLD, however.

PS: do you vote (in Poland)?

Yep. I'm not allied to any party, although I can't stand PiS and Kukiz. I tend to vote for the best candidate from the rest.

@Delph: I cannot stand: PiS, PO and am really allergic to Kukiz. After the May election, I asked someone about his music and I was to try to listen and I have never done. I simply can't listen to, look at Kukiz.

I can't stand him as well, and even many PiS voters seem to absolutely hate him. He's embraced Ruch Narodowy, and for that reason, I hope he gets absolutely crushed in the election. The fact that he's associating with all the black sheep of Polish politics says it all - the guy is desperately clutching at straws to find some support among the establishment.

But I wish for a genuinely liberal party. Perhaps NowoczesnaPL will be it...

I had prepared a nice answer but it was refused by PF ;). Mistery since nothing bad;). Very strange!

PS: I get it now, the post I have started about voting in Poland got deleted ;(

Remember, victory means putting together a viable government. Winning the most votes isn't enough.

Fortunately, they had not enough seats to change it. So, they only broke it several times, instead. :):) But all deeds have been written down and culprits will be taken to court. Mind my words.

Election results
2015 - 37,57%

2019 - 43,59% - better than before but lost the Senate.

2020 - ????

better than before but lost the Senate.

Remember before election you were all over PF talking about so called opposition crushing victory?
How are you going address the fact that they have lost so badly?

So far I'm better at predicting results of any election in Poland than any of called Polish residents. lol!

I was only wrong with crushing. Victory was there. They took over the Senate. And PiS didn`t increase their ranks in Sejm despite all those handouts. Wasn`t it a victory? hahaha

Nope. not according to you before the election. Only after results had been known you have changed the very definition of victory. That's pathetic.

Nope. not according to you before the election.

Hmm, which election do you mean?

PiS can win 49 per cent of votes in the upcoming elections.

In 2023 they will have to work hard to reach 30%. :):) It is still a lot for a party of lying incompetent losers who are only able to give out benefits.
