"It's too late for Germany" (but not for Poland)

the Greeks screwed over the Germans completely

They screwed the whole EU with the help of Goldman Sachs.
Tacitus 2 | 1,400

@mafketis

Two elections in a row had their results put aside in favor of Germany. So... that's why.

Yeah no, that is not what happened. The creditor nations gave the Greeks a clear choics: Accept our reform proposals, and we will borrow you money. Or reject it and leave the Euro. The Greek politicians (chiefly among them that lunatic Varoufakis) told them that if they voted against the reforms, they would still get the money. They convinced the Greeks that there was a different choice, one which in truth never existed. If you want to blame anyone for misleading the people, blame the Greek politicians. The Greek politicians could have followed through and left the Euro, but they did not, because the Greek still overwhelmingly support the Euro.

Nobody can seriously claim that the other democratically elected governments of the EU should have offered Greece better conditions simply because of a plebiscite. It was Greece asking for help, not vice versa. And nobody was forced, the Greeks were given a choice until the end.

Also as a side note, it was not Germany who had the hardest stance on Greece. Instead most of the poorer, smaller states did not appreciate that they should be forced to pay for Greek pensioners.

Greeks were always privileged. You know how Italians says for Greeks? They say: ``Una faca, una rasa``. Don`t be confused with Orthodox-Catholic differences. They are above that. They are `una faca, una rasa`.

@Tacitus

Nonetheless, she has managed to polarize the nation as never before! Her policies have failed, many of them miserably (case in point!), and she appears

incapable of tailoring her desires to the needs of the people!

During the late '60's in the US, there was a saying, "The majority isn't silent, the government's deaf" (Geschwiegen ist die Mehrheit nicht, der Staat hoert bloss nicht zu).

In Germany, the majority is anything BUT silent, and yet Merkel remains tone deaf to the changing rhythms of the populace which she has been entrusted to serve.

She slavishly, indeed rigidly, remains mired in an outmoded ideology, because, as I've oft posted, she can't "jump over her own shadow", so to speak, and doesn't

temper he do-gooder thinking with the pragmatics of political necessity.

For one who prides herself on being a pragmatist, her staunch indifference to the opposition within her own party, suggests that she's anything but.

You are all naive if you believe that Merkel isn`t corrupted from outside. We live in era when world reshape.

That is hardly the case. There have been several instances in recent history when Germany more polarized. 1968, the peace movement in the 1980s and the Ostpolitik. The CDU failed morally with its' opposition to Brandt's Ostpolitik. I am proud to know that it is now on the right side of history on this issue.

outmoded ideology

Merkel's "ideology" is respect for the rule of law and international treaties. That is not outmoded. That Merkel helped upheld those values in such testing times might very well be one of her greatest achievements.

the majority is anything BUT silent

Indeed. But unfortunately the vocal minority in form of the AfD gets more intention.

Yeah...Varoufakis..."lunatic" is a good description. What a Champagner-Communist!

Well maybe if merkel didnt invite a bunch of people that cause a bunch of terrorism, rape, violence etc you wouldnt have people voting for a party that wnats to get them the **** out.

The muslim migrants never miss a good opportunity to sexually assault european women. The recent oktoberfest was no different

Voice of europe

On Friday security personnel caught a man who was stroking a 21-year-old woman on her leg, grabbed her bottom and pushed his finger between her buttocks. The woman slapped his hand away.

The man was identified as a 33-year-old Pakistani. He was arrested but later released, according to TAG24.

So he sexually assaults a woman putting his finger up her ass and they dont even take him to jail. This is the cucked germanistan of today....

But dont think for a minute he was the only paki getting frisky..

Police say a 32-year-old Pakistani citizen approached the defenceless woman, grabbed her under her skirt and used his finger. A security man witnessed the crime and alerted officials. The perpetrator was arrested and taken into custody.

Also on Friday, security personnel saw a man was rubbing his penis against two women and was squeezing them from behind.

Pathetic. If you dont want people voting for afd then csu cdu spd should get these rapist turd worlders the **** out. But thwy wont. Instead theyll bring more in because it means more votes for them. More and more germans are voting for other parties so these socialists are looking to replace their votes with turd world voters.

Na ja...said Pakistani wasn't an immigrant/refugee but the common foreign visitor who thinks a drunk woman is fair game....

Regardless. More muslims and africans equals more rapes. Every eu nation whos taken a bunch of muhammedans in has seen their rape stats skyrocket. People say oh we need to help these people theyre fleeing poverty, war, violence, crime, tc. And what do they do when they get here? Create poverty, crime, rape, violence, etc. And the European people pay both financially and physically for this crap.

By now, my only concern is how this idiocy will affect the US. My fear is that the Euros will destroy Poland and Hungary. On the other hand, both can leave EU, so no problem.

More people equals more overall crimes, that is just common sense. But Dirk has already proven that he has no idea how statistics work, so I am not going to bother.

Instead theyll bring more in because it means more votes for them.

Migrants and refugees do not get to vote.

This is the cucked germanistan of today....

And in the USA, they might have made him judge on the Supreme Court. ;)

More natives = more crime. More immigrants = more crime. The difference - immigrant crimes are 100 percent preventable if you don't let the immigrant garbage in. Natives - you are stuck with.

If you find garbage offensive, consider the definition of garbage - something nobody wants.

Ooookaaaaay.....

Thank you

But of course, it is much more interesting when you ask

Aren`t you curious to which civilizations would be Israel and Japan attached?

For Poland, I hope we concluded. Goes wherever Serbs go

NOT AT ALL LOL - if that were true than NYC would have a higher murder rate than Chicago since it has more people, if that were true than Poland would have more murders than El Salvador because there's a greater population... and you're going to say I don't understand how stats work??? PLEASE ROFL!!!

It's clearly not Europeans creating the terror attacks, driving cars into crowds, raping scores of women, etc is it????

If you want to talk about statistics lets talk about stats released by the University of Zurich which stated that migrants were 92% responsible for the increase in crime. Or how about the stats explaining how 75% of migrants are unemployed and will be for 5 years if not longer??? Or how about the fact that basically every terror attack on EU soil has been caused by a Muslim migrant - only ONE was by a European, a British dude who ran a car into a crowd of Muslims in front of a mosque to give them a taste of their own medicine.

My fear is that the Euros will destroy Poland and Hungary. On the other hand, both can leave EU, so no problem.

Won't happen. Poles and Hungarians are too xenophobic to allow themselves to become cucked like Germany, France, Sweden, etc. That's why to this date there's been ZERO Islamic terror attacks in Poland. We aim to keep it that way.

Forget Germany. Germany will be Frankinized. Its ongoing. All who stay in EU will. France is motor for changes of EU >

One can almost feel sorry for Germany. After all, Eastern Germans were Slavs just 500 years ago

While I agree in principle, Tacitus, Merkel is out of touch with her constituents, that's all I was trying to say.
Surely the age-old verities of law, justice, and mercy will and should never go out of fashion.

The problem remains that the above must be tempered with common sense.
Dirk diggler 10 | 4,585

Migrants and refugees do not get to vote.

You know theyll eventually become citizens amd have voting rights. Thats clear as day.

Eastern Germans

Eastern germany is at least resisting best they can. Its almost like the conservative south im the us versus the liberals on the east and west coast.

Somebody has to pick your strawberries...

So, before the wave of foreign garbage overran the EU, strawberries were left unpicked. Also, potatoes, tomatoes, and anything else that grows. I got it.

Except that I had strawberries in Poland when I was a kid. And no foreign garbage to pick them.
Is this the best you have to justify the slow white suicide?

The problem remains that the above must be tempered with common sense.

The problem is that in the crazy world of liberal nuts, when feeeeeelings meet facts, facts always lose - until the liberal idiots run out of the conservatives' money. Then, instead of admitting that they are idiots, they discover the benefits of printing more money for a temporary relief. Like the drug junkies.

I'm actually re-considering that. Today I read in the news that our health- and pensions funds are being filled again through these immigrants.

The thing is because of the natives demographics development my own pension isn't secured anymore, I have already to prepare myself for this time more than my parents needed to.

For the young people the future looks even more dire...Now these immigrants are a way out...as long as they don't knife or rape me they secure my pension! That is not to forget either...

Eastern germany is at least resisting best they can. Its almost like the conservative south im the us versus the liberals on the east and west coast.

Frankly the natives demographic development is in the East even more dire than in the West, because so many young people (and women) left....

They seemed better off with that wall splitting them down the middle, they had a better olympic team anyway...lol

Only if you see "doped up to the gills" as "better"...

Which immigrants are those? Technically there's no immigration within the EU, just the free movement of people.

Is this a case of the government massaging the numbers for propaganda purposes?

Those who work and pay their taxes here...that can be other EU-people and non-EU people.

The german economy is still starved for laborers!

Not giving up on the basic good in one's homeland is certainly understandable!

Me? I wouldn't give up my US-birthright of citizenship for all the tea in China. We STILL have the remanents of the New Deal of which to be proud. Just because the US is going through a particularly nasty phase is no reason to abandon ship, is it? We'll eventually turn it around, hopefully in our lifetime.

Even Brett Kavanaugh can't take that away from us. He's shooting himself in the foot anyway, as he constituents are former New Dealers themselves:-)
