Kay Gottschalk AfD member of the Bundestag demands €1.3 trillion in compensation from Poland

Mr. Gottschalk, a member of the Bundestag representing the AfD party, is demanding €1.3 trillion in compensation from Poland for its role in the Nord Stream bombing. He announced that he would officially file a claim immediately after the AfD takes power in Germany. Well, PiS, your demands for compensation for World War II can be weighed against each other; perhaps they will even out. 🤔

... and what precisely is this 'role'? Does he mention it?


I predict that both these demands will be equally successful.

His main concern was the refusal to extradite a suspect from Poland to Germany. For example, the Italians carried out such an extradition of another suspect.

I see. In this case I suspect Mr Gottschalk (God's rascal?) might have some problems with explaining how he arrived at €1.3 trillion number for the refusal of extradition.

In short, we must ensure that this man never becomes Minister of Finance, i.e. that the AfD does not win the Bundestag elections or at least does not form a government. Help from Poland would also be useful, in the style of "we have no financial claims, but you also have no financial claims."

In today's state elections in Baden-Wùttemberg, the Greens won, the CDU came in second, and the AfD only third. So all is well, except for one small thing: a Turk won... but don't say that out loud, and certainly not in the PF.

Such frivolous suits are common, but naturally get tossed out.
Just look at Trump. He'd gladly sue the whole world, but no sane judge would pay any attention.

Normal sadly however there are lawyers and they have to put food on the table.

Isn't the number interesting considering Poland has demanded exactly the same from Germany for WW2 repatriations..

If anything, Poland has more of a claim against Germany than vice versa. After all in point of fact, Germany brazenly attacked Poland and not the other way round!

Had. All nation-to-nation claims stemming from WWII between Poland and Germany have long since been settled.

The AfD exists only since 10 years....now she achieves numbers in the West like before only in the East! She is the only party which always gains voters...whereas the former "state" parties like the SPD and FDP sink into the irrelevance.

I take her very seriously. I will only breathe a sigh of relief when this party starts losing voters and importance.

The other parties have to stop being dysfunctional messes and infinite wells of terrible policy choices for that to happen.....

And frankly, I don't see it anytime soon, which is a shame since AfD is essentially owned by russia.

How did a smart, powerful country like Germany manage to get itself into such a mess?

For that she needs to come to power and fail as soundly as the others!

Till then she will be always have an easy game to play from the opposition bench....

This must be avoided at all costs. Once this party gains power, she will never willingly relinquish it.

No party "willingly" relinquishs power....they still have to when losing elections, thats the GRUNDGESETZ! Not a choice! ;)
