8 minutes after the 999 call to the police, the guy was in handcuffs...... are American police any better than that?

A crazy guy on a train, who was in cuffs in minutes?

At least nobody shot him, and he'd certainly fi d it rightly hard to see a firearm (and like most decent people has never touched one).

Can't say I would be sorry if he was shot.
I would only be worried that others would get hurt while someone trying to shoot him

I wonder why the officials stated that it was NOT a terror attack....I mean what did the man do if not purposefully terrorizing the people in the train? What else do they think that was???

The newspapers write that it was not a terrorist attack, the only other cause is mental illness. Unless, as a homeless person, he was looking for a roof over his head... which he now found with food and health care.

He was either just a nutter (Probably) or a Muslim convert (Possibly). The Police got him 8 minutes after they got the 999 call..... without using guns.... who has the better cops?

He was not arrested for murder, but for the bodily harm he caused.

Took them long enough, he began his stabfest many hours before the train incident and police couldn't be arsed stop patrolling mean tweets long enough to do something....

Attempted muder should be removed from the books.

Incompetence or the victim's good luck should never lead to a reduced charge. It's the intent, stupid...

In this case, he murdered 11 people.
