YOU started it with "attitude or a moral high ground", not me.

I'm not talking about you. I'm talking about German elite and media they started it. In reality they have nothing.

situation like Germany i

Germany asked for it. Trying to play their alleged moral high ground in the real world. Do you feel the pain? Good!

Trying to play their alleged moral high ground in the real world.

Again, the only one playing the "high and mighty" here is you....as if Poland is so much better than Germany!

Wo nichts ist, da hat der Kaiser sein Recht verloren.

Ditto!

It's easy to show off a low crime statistic without people....and it's a lie!

if Poland is so much better than Germany!

That is a fact. I wouldn't say it if not for German lies.

That is a fact.

Prove it!

And where and how exactly is Germany lying?

waszumTeufelist

That's the translation??? Great....

I tried to change my username to "Döner Mann"....but in the end refrained from it....I want to be recognized....

And where and how exactly is Germany lying?

It is in the air and in assumptions and in the way they act towards Poland. Its everywhere. As if Germany were a teacher and Poland its a pupil.

I don't need to prove it- just pay attention.

to "Döner Mann"...

We have Berliner Doner Kebab here.

Ach...you are just to sensitive....we Germans are just unsympathetic bastards...to everybody! :)

As if Germany were a teacher and Poland its a pupil.

It's not rare, and certain entrenched attitudes as well as sheer ignorance are hard to shift.

A bit of news from here in Warsaw; another big protest in town today, about the situation on the east border:

The very first paragraph reveals the obvious - that the worst idiots are leftist women. Quoting:

English translation:

On Sunday, in the center of Warsaw, there was a demonstration of solidarity with refugees under the slogan "Stop torture at the border", organized by over 30 feminist groups. The initiators of the demonstration are, among others, Janina Ochojska, Agata Młynarska and prof. Monika Płatek.

A leftist moron never spends a second to consider the consequences of his actions. In this case, feeling good for ten minutes is all it matters. The fact that it will send a signal to the millions out there that the Polish border is now open - as well as Polish arms - never even enters leftists' brains. Feeling good for a while is what counts.

The refugees, being smarter than those broads, will quickly replace "Polish" with "German" and run for the Polish border even faster.

We have Berliner Doner Kebab here.

If only we did here. Or even better, British ones.

No way is british Döner better than Berliner Döner!!!!

Look at that:

Aren't you getting hungry just by looking at that???

@Bratwurst Boy
Sadly I did look. Hungry, yes, missing some of the Turkish and Greek Cypriot kebab shops on Green Lanes even more.

My favourite was Theo's in Leeds. Home made doner, packed with fresh thyme.

Yet it is Poland that has problem with anti-semitism not France or Germany.

You're a fool. In Poland, the problem is not with "antisemitism" but with fending-off ADL (and the government of Israel who often acts as its mouthpiece) who wants to unlawfully extort money from the country by taking over the heirless property that belongs - by the international law - to a state.

Mmmmmmmm.

One thing about multiculturalism in the U.K., from pierogi to pizza, from moule frites to masala, from dutchpot to dhansak and from burritos to baba ghanoush, we do the food well.

A bit of news from here in Warsaw; another big protest in town today, about the situation on the east border:

I heard the Somalian guy was invited as one of the speakers, unfortunately he couldn't make it due to the racist actions of the U.K imperial colonialists..
jon357 69 | 18,457

I doubt it,.

Massive crowds though too, and I don't see the protests stopping, no matter how many nazis try to drown out female war heroes.
amiga500 2 | 992
17 Oct 2021 #953
and I don't see the protests stopping, n

The more protests the better. Will they be as super successful as the KOD and pro-abortion protests you reckon? In other news support for PiS has hit 40 percent..
jon357 69 | 18,457
17 Oct 2021 #954
Almost certainly far more so, and of course they are a growing continuation of both.
amiga500 2 | 992

Almost certainly far more so

If the markers for success is to make people feel they have a cause and increase in-group solidarity, then sure. If it's to sway public opinion then no chance in hell, in fact it will tilt the other way. The slogan Refugees welcome Racists out is so stupid because it implies that people who support border security are racists and just turns the public off. Disclaimer : I organised a lot of pro refugee/against mandatory detention protests and direct actions in australia in the early 2000s so i speak from experience in what sways public sentiment.
jon357 69 | 18,457

The markers for success right now is remaining in our EU, managing the border issue with sensitivity and stooping Poland falling into a theocracy.

Those markers will be, at least in part, achieved. Ciemnogrod politicians can temporarily stop shops opening on Sunday, the6 cannot however stop the inexorable march of time.

multiculturalism in the U.K., from pierogi to pizza

What are some other tangible (non-food) benefits of multiculturalism?

another big protest in town today, about the situation on the east border:

What's the end game there? Becoming an established channel for Lukashenka to shove as many unvetted migrants as he wants into Germany?

What is the overall benefit of that?
jon357 69 | 18,457

mandatory detention

That's something they may yet try here.

Lithuania (who are working carefully with Frontex) seem to be managing it better.
amiga500 2 | 992
17 Oct 2021 #959
Lithuania and Latvia were united politically, their parliaments unanimously passed motions supporting the government border enforcement, in contrast PO are undermining polands national security by stupid actions and thus supporting Lukashenko. Belarus and Russia saw this and thus moved nearly all migrants to the Polish border. Frontex is just tasked with observing the situation and is irrelevant to this discussion.
jon357 69 | 18,457
17 Oct 2021 #960
Lithuania and Latvia were united politically, t

Yes. As mentioned, they're working with Frontex far more than Poland is and do not have the fiasco Poland has contributed to.
