You just parrot what your ultra-left buddies tell you.

I really wonder how you can call others ultra-left when PiS have implemented a very communist programme.

Usual tactic of communists, of course - attack the opposition and accuse them of doing exactly what they themselves are doing.

And tell me - do you read Gazeta Wyborcza?

I do sometimes, I like to know what they brainwash people with. It's usually quite disturbing stuff.

Gazeta W being a prime example - though I agree with their editorial stance 100 per cent

So you agree 100% with the paper that you can't read :-)))

You just parrot what your ultra-left buddies tell you.

Exactly, I wouldn't sum it up any better.

Why don't you **** off

and I read plenty

How about you read some book about how to control your temper?

gay black Satanists?

That is so stale, about 2000 years old. The Romans called it reductio ad absurdam, the last resort of those who run out of cogent arguments. Apparently also of those who never had any cogent arguments in the first place.

Like those that blame the RT and Michnik for all their problems?

That is so stale

But still you can't answer the question! Anyway if that particular question is now 'stale' here's a new one for you to be unable to answer: given that your laughable stance is that the TK must respect all laws passed by the Sejm, how would the TK rule on a law passed by the Sejm which states that only Asian Muslim lesbians can be TK judges? I look forward to you ranting and raving at home as the utter stupidity of blindly following the diktats of The Dear Leader Chairman Kaczynski is yet again made clear to you.

Asian Muslim lesbians

More ad absurdam? How about only Anglo expats highly deficient in their knoweldge of the Polish language and heritage or maybe Anglo-expats serving the underground CPGB in a nondigital liaision capacity.

More ad absurdam?

More utter inability to answer a very simple question. But it's now crystal clear why you refuse to answer the question: you can't, because the answer is as clear to you as it is to the rest of us.

only Anglo expats highly deficient in their knoweldge of the Polish language and heritage or maybe Anglo-expats serving the underground CPGB in a nondigital liaision capacity.

Sadly your off-topic ad hom trolling is no substitute for you simply answering the question. But let's try another version of the question for you (and this one is all too real):

given that your laughable stance is that the TK must respect all laws passed by the Sejm, how would the TK rule on a law passed by the Sejm which states that all TK judges must swear and follow an oath of personal loyalty and obedience to The Dear Leader Chairman Kaczynski?

The leader of NGO the Committee for the Defence of Democracy (KOD) has appealed to the Polish Episcopate to distance itself from a priest's claim that protesters should not be allowed to take holy communion

Thanks for confirming that either this 'priest' is a con artist who rips off the ignorant or there are no demons in the KOD movement (or, most probably, both).

Still more ad absurdam. It never ends. One cannot help but presume that the poster is himself just one big walking absurdity. BTW no ad hom trolling. No-one has been named. On the other hand, if the shoe fits......

One cannot help but presume that the poster is himself just one big walking absurdity.

And yet again Po thinks that off-topic ad hom trolling will cover up the fact that he can't answer the question which has been put to him, because the answer is as crystal clear to him as it is to the rest of us and as is stated in the Polish constitution which he has so much contempt for: the TK is required to follow the constitution, not laws passed by the government of the week. In his version of constitutionality, a government could pass a clearly unconstitutional law which makes it impossible for the TK to function and then to declare that because the TK hadn't followed that law, it could no longer rule. That version of reality is merely the wet dream of The Dear Leader Chairman Kaczynski, as the Polish constitution makes clear

That priest is pretty much considered to be a renegade and not representative of the RCC anyway. He's the same clown that tried to perform a symbolic exorcism on President Komorowski.

Not just a priest, the Exorcist!!!

Is he? Not sure about that but if he is you could surly use his help. The way you present yourself here clearly indicate that you are working under some kind of evil influence.

a government could pass a clearly unconstitutional law which makes it impossible for the TK to function

You are rambling incoherently Harry dear chap. He doesn't need to respond to your opinions which are based in your bias and which doesn't pertain to reality or facts.

That priest is pretty much considered to be a renegade

Nah, he is a well known priest for his moral standing and for his involvement in Solidarity movement when he was one of the three priests that were to be murdered by Jaruzelski's and Kiszczak's commie death squad, he alone survived.

He's the same clown that tried to perform a symbolic exorcism on President Komorowski.

Well, that is a question of perspective. I think that well renown chair-hopper Komorowski would have rather preferred to be a subject of an exorcism than something more substantial - RPG. On the other hand I don't know, he might be more afraid of the holy water than RPG - why don't you ask him delp?

clearly unconstitutional law

If one could know ahead of time which law is unconstituional, why bankroll that motley crew of toga-ed parasites. Think of thed saving of taxpayer money

But the law requires certain porcedures: a formal session, the specifed quorum for the matter to be discussed and a decison taken. The TK acted illegally and no self-respecting PM will publish, thereby endorse an illegal measure. It has been clearly pointed out she could face 3 years in prison if she did. So stop flogging a dead horse. Full stop.

Which means a Constitutional prohibition on the stunt that PiS pulled - only two readings of the law, being enacted immediately, etc etc. PiS would never agree to such a system.

It has been clearly pointed out she could face 3 years in prison if she did.

Pointed out by Ziobro, and as all independent commentators have observed, it's a threat to Szydło not to try and go against the will of the Dear Leader Chairman Kaczyński.

After all, it's only a criminal matter if the prosecutors (controlled by PiS) decide to prosecute. But above all else, breaking the Constitution is far more severe than breaking an illegal law anyway.

Constitutional prohibition

The latest from Poland's beloved President Andzrej Duda is that no legal solution to the constitutional crisis exists, so a political one must be sought. Check out TV Republika for details,
OP delphiandomine 88 | 18,163
23 Mar 2016 #1,939
Saw it. The solution is actually very simple - all PiS have to do is to annul the law that they themselves passed. Constitutional deadlock broken and the legal situation restored.
Ironside 53 | 12,424

There is no prohibition or anything of that sort. You clearly do not know what you are talking about!
Polonius3 994 | 12,367

Constitutional deadlock broken

All the TK have to do is reconvne, this time in accordance with the law, pass their ruling and problem solved. Eventually new rules governing the TK should be developed and the constituion amended. Or maybe (better yet) the TK should be dissolved altogether, since the Supreme Court can take over their duties and taxpayer money can be saved. Isn't Poland too poor to support every manner of bureaucratic parasites? The US have managed just fine without any extra TK when they've got a proper High Court.

KŁAMCO (you liar!)

the TK is much closer to the US supreme court than the Polish Supreme Court which already has a very different job to do and which has nothing to do with the consitution. You just want to destroy any constitutional checks and balances to enable the lawless regime you so pathetically support.

KŁAMCO!

They already have convened in accordance with applicable law and issued a ruling. Now a bunch of criminals are trying to stop that ruling being implemented; however, Poland's courts are simply not going to do anything other than prosecute the PIS lovers.

the constituion amended.

Sadly for you The Dear Leader Chairman Kaczynski doesn't have the votes needed to change the constitution, which is why we see the utter farce of supposed leaders breaking the law like common criminals.

The interesting thing is that it's becoming more and more obvious that judges will simply refuse to find anyone guilty that is being tried under laws deemed unconstitutional by the TK. Even PiS have admitted that the majority of the legal profession is against them on this, and the TK will keep on ruling regardless of what PiS say.

interesting thing

You and your tag-team cronies have clearly indcaated what you're really on about. Serious problems or conflicts are labelled as "interesting" and dire consequences are described with "it'll be fun to watch". One cannot help but notice that since the October PiS victory tag-team members have rooted for those goading and baiting the new government and looking forward to yet another round of amusement. Hey guys -- Poland is serious buisenss, not a wrestling match, action film or computer game. If you're out for fun and excitement go to Ulster or Baghdad and drop bricks from fly-overs on cars passing below, but give Poland a break!

demonstrations

More dingbat demos? Good thing so few support them, otherwise they migth be dangerous. One hint to TVN: have the marchers walk in circles round the same buildings so the crowd scene will seem bigger. Hitler successfully tried it in 1930s Berlin and it deceived old President Hindenburg.

Be all that as it may, the average Pole views the KOD crowd m as an exotic bit of extravagance like the homo parades for those who haven't anything better to do on their Saturday day off.

Could you go an entire day without polluting this forum with your bigotry?
