Demonstrations in Poland in defence of democracy.

en what happened in Germany in the new yea

I strongly doubt that - especially since none of the major parties in Poland favour large-scale immigration. If it does come, however, it will start during PiS's brief spell in office.

It may be something that makes you feel insecure in Birmingham, however it isn't anything people discuss much here in Poland.

Almost funny to see PiS supporters here (living abroad, as it happens) getting so upset about the Polish pro-democracy movement.

No jon. Most upset some foreign guests are trying to shape my country to suit their needs. Hopefully it never gonna happen.

That doesn't make much sense at all. Especially since there are very few "foreign guests" in Poland and among those foreigners (either visitors or permanent residents) or citizens who naturalised, very few attend the Polish pro-democracy rallies. Most of the attenders are native Poles, ones who stayed here through good times and bad and didn't abandon our country as soon as they could when time were hard

PO agreed to 7000 of the immigrants and parties like: Zjednoczona Lewica and Razem would open the boarders as wide as Sweden did.

For your information I can tell you that I live in Solihull which is very "affluent" and white area so I don't get insecure feelings what so ever.

We all know that your friend's circles are quite limited to those as we say in Polish "ą ę" or as you like to say "affluent" ones. And so is your awareness about it.

It's funny haw you see upset people when no one else does.

Brainwashed by foreign guests and capitalists

Excellent. That will help correct the low birth rate and the problem of people abandoning Poland never to return. In any case, it isn't one of the many issues that the thousands of people who attend Polish pro-democracy rallies are expressing concerns about.

so I don't get insecure feelings what so ever.

Every post you make about immigration and people of colour/Muslims (and that's quite a lot of your posts) suggests the opposite is true.

We all know that your friend's circles

How on earth would you know anything about my "friend's circles" ?

That's just your twisted interpretation of my posts, which no serious person on this forum pays attention to.

How on earth would you know anything about my "friend's circles" ?

Well, I have read quite a few posts of yours or maybe few thousand of them so I guess I found out something about you.

Excellent. That will help correct the low birth rate

Not sure about the birth rate but surely the low rape rate will be corrected, just like it happened in Sweden and is happening in Germany at the very moment, at least Polish women will have some fun too.

Excellent

This is not UK where people are used to their national values fading and the only value being money. We don't want muslims here even if they would contribute (we know that is impossible).

Easy to see how quickly a discussion on the Polish pro-democracy movement degenerates when some of the usual suspects (none of whom have lived in Poland for years) start to spam about their usual topic; namely their hatred and fear of Muslims.

Which is nothing whatsoever to do do with the Polish pro-democracy rallies.

Those exiles really do have nothing to say.

Which means that jon has run out with the arguments that would make any sense.

Getting back to the topic. There is not much more to say, the demonstrations will not make any change, the government will do what they should do regardless of the demonstrations.

Those exiles

I'm in my home town of Zielona Góra. Where are you and who's an exile?

Fewer than 1 in 5 voted for them.

More than voted for Platfuses in 2011.

PiS's brief spell in office.

Within the context of history 12 years is but a speck, but in the political world that means at least three-term PiS rule. Hopefully more! That should be enough time to renovate the country, spread the frutis fo transformation and neutrlaise the wreckers or keep them in check.

It increasingly looks like they'll be out of office before their term ends. Just like last time.

They have majority in the Parliament and lead in the polls. You want to tell us "EU forces" are going to remove them ?

It's called życzeniowe myślenie (rush to Google for translation!)

Why would I need to "rush to google".

And yes, it's unlikely they'll last a full term. However much you hate that fact.

You little rebel you.
Careful delph, as you being a foreigner in Poland you may be arrested for promoting the overthrow of government, civil unrest and violence and sent back to Scutland or worse yet, PRISON with no computer !

Scutland is rated number 1 in the world for violent assaults so understandable where you get such attitude.

You still haven't provided any crowd figures for the last series of street commotion.

Perhaps, though nobody really blames them for Trump. Not that much, anyway.

Good news that there are so many. The last one in Warsaw was good, so many normal decent people and no trouble, no rancour, all positive.

I take my inspiration from the Devetomartovski protest, Crowie.

Don't have it to hand, Polonius. A few thousand were reported on the day in Poznań, but I don't have exact numbers.

WERE is right (past tense)! Not only viewers but TV stations and print media are sick of the same old boring BS week after week. And all to no avail! A huge waste of human time and effort!

Oh, you are. I saw a documentary on B92 a few years ago, and I hope that it never gets to the same point here.

I want them to follow the law.

if Poles always followed the law, Poland wouldn`t exist now. Not to mention that every NATO and EU country regularly braking the law. Why not Poland? ;)

In any case, i don`t think that they braking the law. They just set Poland on the course that would slowly move Poland away from EU and on the trajectory with Hungary and Serbia.
