Szczerbaty 4 | 49 22 Dec 2013 #31I've never understood the high number of people failing the Polish driving test. I can believe it's difficult, but for what purpose? Obviously it doesn't make for better drivers.
Jardinero 1 | 405 22 Dec 2013 #32I imagine the main complaint would be that the emphasis is not placed where it should be, and that there are too many overly complicated rules (or exceptions)... Regarding the road safety, the main problem is the law, or rather it's execution - it is clearly too lax to make a dent in the statistics, as is the lack of social stigmatization of the violators... Add to that the fact that very little is done to raise people's awareness of the magnitude of the problem...
delphiandomine 88 | 18,163 30 Jan 2018 #33[moved from]Zero injuries, zero deaths,Shame we can't say the same about Polish roads. Over 3000 killed yearly at the hands of Polish drivers.
Dirk diggler 10 | 4,585 30 Jan 2018 #34Its because people speed like crazy and overtake even on corners. Even though the roads are better driving is still scary especially when youre going through rural areas and at any moment a dog, person tractor whatever pops out of nowhere
