I wonder....

As if we don't have real problems!

Simple. That virus pulled the curtain down and exposed the leftist lies I mentioned in 566.

No, the logic in your 566

that bullsh*it how the migrants and the blackening of Europe are inevitable and unstoppable. Now, eat sh*it, a-holes.

was that migrants contribute to spreading the virus. That is why I asked how.

I don't actually know any people that have caught coronavirus yet, but I do know many people, including both of my kids that have or have had a very nasty flu.

We know it is not coronavirus because they have/had symptoms not associated with that.
But this flu is very nasty.
What is going on here?
Do any of you on this forum have or know of anyone with coronavirus or flu?

We have right now 383 infected people in Berlin (no dead)...I don't know any one of them though.

Did you run tests on them? So, how do you know you don`t ? haha

That is true.

And that has to do with ChinaVirus in Poland what?

I don't know any one of them though.

Same as above.

How can we say we know or don`t if the virus infects you and you spread it without any symptoms for a few days? I thought you read some literature on the subject but you didn`t.... Too bad.

How can we say we know or don`t

You use your brain.... try it some time.....
As I said, my kids got flu, we know it wasn't chinavirus because the symptoms were all wrong.
I repeat, do you know anyone who has got or had chinavirus as opposed to flu?
Please answer the question instead of asking another pointless one.

I do. A friend here in Warsaw. She has to remain in her apartment. She lives in Centrum, and until the diagnosis she'd been out and about as normal. Her job involves visiting people in their home...

I do

Thanks Jon, one so far.....though it should be said that there have not been that many cases in Poland.

Noi so many diagnosed. In most countries, the real amount is probably far higher. Plus of course, it seems to affect different people in different ways.

Remember, it's only the start.

I know one guy on the Uk that has it - used to play soccer with him years ago. He's a doctor and got it at a conference.

That is two so far...... can we get it above ten on this forum?

Point taken.

I don't know how many people on this forum know people who have it - but if you somehow want to validate its existence then there are plenty of websites and newspaper articles with accurate figures.

I also think that maybe the bad effects of the overreaction might outweigh the deaths but I don't know and all I can do is follow the instructions have been put in place.

Why would anyone sane want to go into a city choked with too many tourists to buy chinese made tourist crapas ?

If you went off the beaten track in Venice, you'd find nearly empty streets and churches of almost the same class even in high season.

We have right now 383 infected people in Berlin (no dead)...I don't know any one of them though.

If you count Berlin's population at 3.7 million, the chances of meeting an infected person, even not diagnosed yet, is not big.

We have 246 infected people in Poland as of now. Five people died of the virus because they also had other serious diseases.

Well one problem is that it's not clear how serious their comorbities were... one friend suggested that the first patient had received a transplant of some sort (which is why she was on immunosuppressives)....

The 21 year old who died in Spain apparently had leukemia (had not yet realized it)...

"We have 246 infected people in Poland as of now. Five people died of the virus because they also had other serious diseases."

Yes, and over 27000 were put into quarantine yesterday. Those quarantine tests have yet to be processed. Minimizing this is not the way to go. For the first time last night I saw people on Male Rynek rounded up and having their temperatures taken. Tickets being written for another group on Rynek who thought it was ok to get drunk in a group of 10 or so while sitting at some pub's outdoor tables. Then on my walk home an area roped off with an ambulance and people in hazmat suits taking someone away.

I am not one to panic, this is a serious problem. I would bet that the numbers of infections take off quickly over the next few days.

Similar scenes happened during red plague epidemic in Wrocław in 1960s.

The Eurovision Contest is also cancelled...what a dreary summer this will become! No footie, no song...*sigh*

And a simulation study made by the Columbia University found out that there exist at least 10 yet undiscovered cases for every already known case of Covid-19.

So if you multiply 368 by 10, you will get 3,680 cases in Berlin which at present is exactly one person infected with the virus in every 1000 inhabitants.

The actual Corona-traffic-jam between Germany and Poland (A 4) is about 60 km long and the waiting time is about 30 hours:

bild.de/regional/dresden/dresden-aktuell/grenze-wegen-corona-dicht-40-kilometer-super-stau-auf-der-a4-nach-polen-69443674.bild.html

Especially for people it is advised to use different crossings...the DRK tries to help with medicine and food but still sometimes they have to wait also till up to 20 hours due the controls.

I've read that on another crosing the traffic jam to the Polish border is reaching the town of Bautzen (Budziszyn).

(continued)
Oh, I see on your map that it got even longer and is coming to Burkau. Is it going to reach Meissen soon?
Bratwurst Boy 6 | 10,590
18 Mar 2020 #596
I think so, yes...the trucks keep coming, the controls can't be let up...of course the traffic jam will grow!

A throw back to the bad 'ol times...

traffic jam is many estonians, lithuanians, latvians who want to get home but are refused by polish authorties. some buses allowed through but no cars. Germany is offering ferry service instead. Not a good way to treat eastern neighbours esp with the three seas initiative. Can't they just organise a car convoy with police escort to make sure they don't interact with the populace? **** in the woods and etc. telegraph.co.uk/news/2020/03/17/hundreds-stranded-poland-border-closure-cuts-baltic-states/

Yeah, that agrees with what the german Robert-Koch-Institut forecasts, they speak of two years pandemia and a vaccine not being available before early next year.

So we are all in the hot seat for at least a full year....we should better get used to it.

...only because some a-hole - that would be Nixon - decided in 1973 to open the gates to the hell called China. I hope he gets that damn virus and dies again.
