A Polish priest in Canada banished the covid-police from his church: "Don't come back without a warrant!"

A Polish priest in Canada

Not a priest.... and he's kind of a nut (though basically in the right in this case).

Today's numbers...

percent of positive test results: 16.40 % (of just under 91,000 tests - a significant drop in percentage from past weeks - previously that many tests would return 31-34 per cent.) The percentage of positive cases is supposed to be the first parameter decline so it's looking more and more like the peak is past.

hospital admissions: +14,910 (I'm wondering how much this is paper work catching up from the long holiday weekend).

deaths: 638 (a bit lower than I expected I think it will be tomorrow before the weekend paperwork is done)

from the previous day*: 7 day moving average of daily deaths: 382 (down 57 from 439)

*the source I use is a day behind and I'm too lazy to calculate on my own

"Don't come back without a warrant!"

he also called them Nazis and Gestapo. Not really nice - not the best example of evangelical mercy -

he's kind of a nut

I would think twice before going there for spiritual consolation.

Artur Pawlowski is a true modern day hero - one of Polonia's finest. This isn't the first time he faced the Canadian authorities either. He's been fighting with them ever since he arrived.

I recently friended him on Facebook and will send him a nice donation = ) People like this should be supported - especially fellow Poles.

@Dirk diggler
Have to agree. More people around the world need to react this way and force the issue of police over stepping their authority. Poland should be watching.

force the issue of police over stepping their authority.

You mean to tell me that in a "democracy" police overstep their authority?
Do the "democratically" elected legal representatives know it or are those rogue police who turned vigilantes?

We have a bigger problem than the cops. It's the obedient morons aka bootlickers.

I like wearing my mask with sunglasses and a hoodie in places to watch their rotating surveillance cameras follow me around the store.
Covid is/was all about Fear and Money.

Police over step in Democracies and everywhere else in my opinion. These police in Canada had no business in the building. Like police in Poland have no business trying to tell people to wear masks on their balcony, which i saw happen first hand.

I know that. The question is if the "legal representatives" know and approve. If they do, Western "democracies" are just another form of terrorism where what 99% of the people want means nothing.

@Novichok
Of course they know and they turn a blind eye. Until you get a Floyd situation and then the whole police institution is on trial. Generally though I think most police were beat up in high school and now they found a way to get even.

It would seem that Brazil has recorded 4,000 covid deaths in one day which is continuing to increase.....Additionally, for the first time in Brazilian history the number of deaths will be more than births by April 2021 and it is accepted that the system has collapsed in light of the Brazillian President failing to recognise the pandemic....As already known Brazil has produced mutant variants and is likely to continue doing so which will be trouble for the rest of the world.......therefore, in a way by comparison Poland fares well. However this does serve to remind everyone of the dangers of failing to take the virus seriously.

it is accepted that the system has collapsed

There wasn't much to collapse... social capital in Brazil is pretty low with a large have not class just struggling to survive, a small proto-middle class, a smaller professional class and a kleptocratic extractive elite.

Public healthcare was weak and strained to begin with (even more so than in Poland which at least has a traditional of trying to provide healtcare)

It's hardly surprising their healthcare system has basically collapsed especially since Bolsonaro is part of the useless and parasitic Brazilian elite.

You are doing fine without any help, but here is the short version:

Brazil is a sewer of humanity and "America's" endpoint on the way to hell.

Brazil is a sewer of humanity

Brazil is just like the Indian subcontinent and most of Africa..... the rich get richer whilst the ordinary people starve.
I am not a socialist, I am a libertarian capitalist, but this is what happens when dictatorships replace democracy.
And dictatorships seem to be your favourite method of rule......explain why.

Today's numbers...

percent of positive test results: 25.00 % (of just under 111,500 tests - a significant drop in percentage from past weeks - previously that many tests would return 31-34 per cent.) The percentage of positive cases is supposed to be the first parameter decline so it's looking more and more like the peak is past.

hospital admissions: +173 (lower than previous days)

deaths: 954 (a lot of this is paperwork catching up after the long holiday weekend)

from the previous day*: 7 day moving average of daily deaths: 380 (down 2 from 382)

Why do we call it Brazilian, British, or South African virus but not Chinese virus?
mafketis 24 | 9,187

Neither Brazil, Britain or South Africa owns the world's @ss.... China does.

Hasn't this been asked before?
Novichok 1 | 2,260

Hasn't this been asked before?

Yes, I asked that question before and got the answer that made no sense. First, China does not own the world. Second, if China threatened the world and the world folded, that would be at least a logical cause and effect. The thing is that China didn't threaten anybody and the submissive weasels folded anyway as if in anticipation that China might get upset.

Further, if calling it Chinese carries an intolerable punishment, did China force the first a-hole to call it British mutant? Who was it? A Brit? Why not corona-19-1?

That's a subject that has nothing to do with some Euro slime calling a virus British.

did China force the first a-hole to call it British?

Good question, Novichok. Why do I have this feeling that if something is really moronic, it comes from Western Europe?
The result: as of now, three countries are now connected with the virus, none named China.
No, China didn't threaten anything. It's a white man's mental disorder to be always polite and subservient because somebody may be offended.

Because they control the "woke lefturd" propaganda machine and you are racist if you say " Wuhan flu" or "China virus" which is factually correct.

Then, just like Trump

Ja tez!

Nobody has the balls to stand up to the commie chinks except Trump.

Why do we call it Brazilian, British, or South African virus but not Chinese virus?

You know. Its just not polite to insult them when they hold most of the debt. You know because the US were idiots to allow they to hold that much debt.

Are Brits, Brazilians and the rest insulted by having the variants named after their country's? Should China now be upset they aren't getting proper credit first?

Today's numbers...

percent of positive test results: 26.55 % (of just over 107,500 tests - the drop in percentage of positive cases continues)

hospital admissions: -314 (another drop after a week of increases)

deaths: 768

from the previous day*: 7 day moving average of daily deaths: 428 (up 48 from 380)

That may apply to the heads of the stupid states that borrowed from that totalitarian gulag but the posters here are not held captive and are free to use the term China virus. Again, it was the Americans like Joker that did it but not the ever obedient Euros.

European Court of Justice states: "Forced vaccinations are necessary in a democracy"

Doctor Mengele, you were born too early. You would be a celebrity in the Western "democracies". Maybe even a Nobel Prize for something.

Remember when they told Trump it was politically incorrect to use the term 'China virus' and the the next day when he came out before the camera's talking about it said, "it's the China - China - China virus !" lol

Do you miss Trump yet ?
