@pawian
Actually, I am sorry for belittling 7-11 assistant managers in comparing them to a PiS "Director".

On one hand you berate PiS and in another you want to quote one of their mouthpieces? Consistency please.

Berating PIS and quoting a physician with a PhD title who was nominated by PiS and providing his current official status of a director of a hospital isn`t inconsistent. What is wrong with you???

Besides, he wasn`t lying like other rabid PiS liars that the virus is under control, he was warning about the third wave. Do you think we should suspect a trap in it?

The Austrian military has trained a Covid sniffing dog.
The dog can sniff used facemasks and tell if the person who wore them has the Covid virus.
Soon to be seen in the major airports I'm sure.

Well, if that dog was any good he would sniff out 'pandemic' bull**** :-)

That horrible 'pandemic' that killed 20,000 healthy people in the nation of 330,000,000. Yeah, we all are gonna die.

Third wave? You mean the one that he, and PiS created by announcing a lockdown two weeks before it took effect in order to pack the shopping malls and ensure people had huge holiday parties at home? That "third wave"?

Or can we just talk about the continuing rate of infections that has some peaks and valley's in daily totals because of inconsistent rules and enforcement of rules? The wave of the same types of people getting infected and the relatively small number of people dying?

The virus is not going to be stopped. When are people going to just accept this fact that it is not a pandemic, it is an endemic now. Like Polio that has never completely gone away, like measles, mumps and the regular flu.

Just because someone has a PHD doesn't make them credible or even intelligent. It simply means they were able to get through an extended educational period.

Which means that lockdowns will never end since "zero covid" has increasingly become the point that much be reached.... in other words it's not about health....

It's also not clear if those vaccinated will test positive meaning case numbers won't be going down...

I been tellin' y'all what this is about, but some of youse ain't been listenin'....

Third wave?

Yes, the third wave coz he mentioned Great Britain and the virus mutation which infects more aggressively.

Just because someone has a PHD doesn't make them credible or even intelligent.

No. In Poland, it does when it comes to medicine. That guy is a neuro surgeon so he must be intelligent. His credibility is another matter. Yes, he might be PiS mouthpiece.

it is an endemic now. Like Polio

Polis was stopped in developed countries, wasn`t it? Through vaccines.

I been tellin' y'all what this is about, but some of youse ain't been listenin'..

Do you feel like Cassandra now??

the virus mutation which infects more aggressively.

Thank goodness the vaccine protects against the mutations too.
My next observation is that since the smart people have been wearing masks that there have been a whole hell of a lot less flu influenza this winter so far.

I haven't been hearing the sneezing and coughs associated with the flu like previous flu seasons.
Maybe they finally got it right on which strain of flu shot to give this year or is it because of the masks being worn.

At least they claim so. But nobody is sure.

a lot less flu influenza

Yes, I haven`t had a cold yet, and I always do at this time of the year.

Nobody is sure about anything about the vaccine.
What is it made from ? What are the long lasting side effects ? How long is it effective ? Is it really made from baby parts ?

I haven`t had a cold yet, and I always do at this time of the year.

Probably because you haven't been around the little snot eaters every day in a confined classroom.
Kids are contagious.

Kids are contagious.

Exactly. And even when I have this contact, they are wearing masks while I wear a shield which is said not to be too helpful but always better than nothing.

Is it really made from baby parts ?

Or does it contain a micro chip which will be activated on A-Day to turn us into mental zombies when aliens decide to take control ?

Australia, NZ, Taiwan and Japan are not vaccinating anyone yet, and they are waiting to see how the side-effects develop for us:

I see you have some doubt with your comedic response.
Read this when you get a chance.

which will be activated on A-Day to turn us into mental zombies

Well actually that conspiracy theory has already been entertained.
The brouhaha over the election theft is a smokescreen for the vaccine rollout.
And the vaccine rollout (thank you Bill Gates) is a cover for the 5G satellite array which when finally turned on will cause millions of people to permanently drop in place and never get up.

You saw it once before.............in Wuhan, China.

@pawian "That guy is a neuro surgeon so he must be intelligent" You mean like this guy? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ben_Carson
pawian 176 | 14,294

Yes, intelligent like Ben Carson. I see you seem to have a problem with seperating intelligence from views.
PolAmKrakow 1 | 549
10 Jan 2021 #4,217
@pawian
And I see you have a hard time separating intelligence from education. Intelligence is simply not indicated by anyone's education level. This has been proven by science time and again.

The bottom line here is PiS and all the mouthpieces said they "beat" the virus. They said they would roll out the vaccine quickly. They said they would protect vulnerable people with its latest lockdown. They said they would provide more financial assistance to business in this lockdown, yet the qualifications for it, make it impossible to get the money if you recovered in the summer and started making money again.

So when no massive increase in infections and death rates takes place and the lockdown is extended to the detriment of business, and civil rights, PiS will once again be proven wrong. Yet, nothing in the modus operandi will change.

Intelligence is simply not indicated by anyone's education level.

And I told you that the job of a PHYSICIAN educated in POLAND is inseperably connected with intelligence. The stubborn negation of that connection by you is an infantile act. Please, contain it, if you intend to be viewed as a credible poster here, like so far.

@pawian
If your premise is that the publics perception of a Physician is connected with intelligence in Poland then I would agree with that. Perception is not always fact.
pawian 176 | 14,294
10 Jan 2021 #4,220
Nope, it is not a perception, it is knowledge. I know many doctors and none of them was/is a halfwit.

They are throwing the vaccine away in New York because of horrible liberal politicians. They could screw up a wet dream!

Cuomo's New York Is Just Throwing Away Vaccines Rather Than Distributing Them Competently

It really shouldnt come to anyones surprise. Everything a Dem touches is doomed from the beginning.

And I have known several with MD and PHD that could over boil a good Caesar Salad. Your experiences do not reflect everyone's experience. Public people can and should have their credentials and intelligence levels questioned.
pawian 176 | 14,294

a good Caesar Salad

but that`s a skill, more manual than mental, which has little to do with intelligence.

should have their credentials and intelligence levels questioned.

Ok, question them, I don`t mind. :):)
johnny reb 28 | 4,738

I don`t mind.

As long as they agree with you.
To threaten members by trying to diminish their credibility shows that you do mind.
PolAm has a lot to lose because of the lock downs in Poland and has every right to express his opinions about how Poland is handling the Covid crisis.

Do you really believe that crap about fetuses used in the development and production of the vaccine? Why are you spreading rumours and fake news? It is illegal and you can be banned.

Why are you spreading rumours and fake news?

Still trying to diminish and shame members.......lol
I didn't write the article, it's up to you to read it or not.

Have you heard the latest ?
The Pfizer vials are supposed to hold five doses, but pharmacists have found they have enough for a sixth or even a seventh dose.
Putting those into use could significantly increase the United States' scarce early supply of the shot, reducing the likelihood of a "vaccine cliff" this spring as demand outpaces supply.

Who is in charge here ?

Have you heard Poland has received more than 600 Thousand doses yet only 200 thousand have been vaccinated? This is exactly what i am driving at with incompetence and questionable intelligence comments.

Yes. I live in Poland. Not playing it safe by going back to the states and collecting stimulus money. Not playing the USA system for PPP and other money. I am sticking it out, and unlike many, have not laid off or terminated a single person. So, forgive me if I am a little more critical of any person touting anything from the PiS government. I am more likely to believe Willy Wonka has made a vaccine out of peppermint candies.

It's not an issue of doctors as such, but because the system of ordering vaccines is so completely stupid.

Hospitals can only place an order once a week, and the vaccines are delivered once a week. Let's say they order 6000 and manage to use them all within 3 days. They can't order more for immediate delivery, but rather they have to wait until the next scheduled delivery.

IMO, the bigger crime is that they still have the same stupid vaccination protocols involving an examination by a doctor before you can get vaccinated. It takes a half day course to learn how to inject someone, so why aren't we getting army field medics and nurses to administer them?
