Don't let Poland become like my country, France.

Don't be so paranoid.

Pointing out a problem is not being paranoid but ignoring one is being naive.

Do you think religion was the motivation for those riots?

Nah, the mere fact that the rioters were Muslims is a coincidence. To illustrate just one example:

They were marginalised immigrants - the French riot anyway. And they certainly don't have Sharia in France.

szczecinianin:
someone with something against Muslims has pulled a set of statistics out of his arse-crack.

Do you have the correct statistics? Your belief doesn't mean much unless you show some counter-proof. Hope you do.

1stethical.com/about/british-muslim-statistics

Anyone with any common sense would know that the statistics given in the post I replied to were false. I also know the Daily Telegraph statistics (unfortunately I cannot access these as I have exceeded my article limit). Unfortunately, it seems that many people (particularly in Poland) unquestioning believe just about any kind of nonsense critical of Muslims.

Statistics from 2001? After labeling someone elses statistics "arse-crack" you post this

Next time the discussion on Poles in England surfaces, I'll be sure to post statistics from the 90's

Then fight for separation of church and state. Across the board.

So Poland should change their culture and society for outsiders? You are making an argument for why Multiculturalism fails.

When do the statistics from the other article come from? They are allegedly taken from the Daily Telegraph, who were using statistics from 2004. The statistics are nonsense to anyone with any common sense anyway.

How and why would Muslim unemployment jump from 16% to 50% in ten years?

All those statistics are pointless for individuals that see/experience this issue first hand. You can't deny Muslims are having off spring at a ridiculous rate. This discussion over whether Muslims men are holding their women hostage is pointless because raising a 3-5 child house hold leaves no time for career anyhow. These are the sort of women that never even learn the native tongue.

Which leads to my general issue. What I witness in Germany, is a shocking percentage of their Turkish population has absolutely no connection to the nation they are living in

- They eat only Turkish food
- They shop in only Turkish shops
- They watch only Turkish television
- They engage in only Turkish events/festivals

They are essentially living in Turkey but on the dime of German citizens. Not to mention the pathetic news stories coming out IE: "Muslim employee (who doesn't handle meat to begin with) now insists he will not stock alcohol shells because he can't handle Alcohol". Then get another job. And news stories of "German police are racially profiling Turks"

Just a-lot of nonsense that Poland (or any European nation) needs no part of. Which is why I was so enjoyed when I saw a BBC story on how Vietnamese immigrants in Poland were giving their off spring Polish names and *more importantly* they were engaging in the social norms of Poland like celebrating Christmas (to the extend they could).

You cannot just allow a portion of the population to cut themselves off from the natives and ESPECIALLY not establish their own set of laws. Poland made this mistake with Jews, permitting them their own courts. This just allowed them to disenfranchise themselves from the native society and culture.

In the UK the number of Polish births is now exceeding the number of Pakistani births.

What would be your solution for this 'problem'?
Polska_Pride

Can I assume that's births per family?

And why is Pakistan the golden standard in this situation
ZIMMY 6 | 1,601

They were marginalised immigrants - the French riot anyway

I knew an agenda driven lefty had to make an excuse for them (talk about not thinking outside the box).

And they certainly don't have Sharia in France.

billionbibles.org/sharia/sharia-europe.html

From the link: "In France, home to 13 million Muslims, the government no longer controls the banlieus , the densely-populated, predominantly Muslim ghettos that encircle most major French cities and where the French police seldompatrol. If that changed, the Muslim population among France's prison inmates would rise even higher than the present 70%"

Once again reality rears its truthful head above leftist feelings about how things are.

I also know the Daily Telegraph statistics (unfortunately I cannot access these as I have exceeded my article limit). Unfortunately, it seems that many people (particularly in Poland) unquestioning believe just about any kind of nonsense critical of Muslims.

Your stats are dated; you will find that things have disintegrated since then. Your "Daily Telegraph" also predicts that by 2050 The European Union will be 20% Muslim. I'm sure this 'diversity' will engender goodness and peace..........

In the UK the number of Polish births is now exceeding the number of Pakistani births. What would be your solution for this 'problem'?

It's a "problem" if Poles don't disenfranchise themselves from Sharia Law; lol

Total number of births.

Because Pakistanis are the largest Muslim nationality in the UK.

Who are currently being outbred by Poles.

Should Brits be worried about this influx of alien Roman Catholics?

There are 751 no go areas in France for the emergency services. All immigrant ghettos. What do you think would happen if you and your partner entered such an area, holding each others hands?

sig.ville.gouv.fr/Atlas/ZUS/

I can understand why middle class do gooders support mass immigration. I get why business owners, lawyers and politicians support it. But for the life of me, I cant understand why an openly gay dude would support it. Worst comes to the worst, il grow a beard and source my bacon and beer from the black market. No biggy. Life will go on. You on the otherhand, well, the newcomers aren't too accepting of your lifestyle. Talk about a turkey voting for Christmas.

The quote is from the link not from me. There are about half of that amount in France which is a substantial number.
Interesting that you didn't quote this from the link: "....those enclaves have grown to where the Sharia law now challenges the Judeo-Christian foundations of their host European nations." Is it too "politically incorrect" for you to acknowledge it?

ZIMMY "It's a growing problem not to be ignored"
but the plural of anecdote is not data.

It can be if substantial enough. The next time you see or hear of a Muslim riot or violent protest just close your eyes, hold your head between your hands like a vice and loudly cry into the dark night, "its only an anecdote".

Judeo-Christian foundations

Every time I see phrases like this or cognitive dissonance, suspend belief/disbelief or the elephant in the room I hang my head. It's like wood chip wall paper in the 70s everywhere but still a bad idea.

Judeo-Christian foundations what a load of crap.....

That's from the link I quoted; the author was pointing out cultural differences between Muslims and Christians/Jews.
By the way I used the (white) elephant in the room phrase in this very forum last Thursday. As to you hanging your head may I suggest that you study up on the rare albino elephant so that you can add it to your 'bull in a china shop' bromide.

udeo-Christian foundations what a load of crap.....

That terminology and what you think it stands for brings on a virulent reaction from you, vetty vetty interesting.
You really don't believe that Judeo-Christianity heavily influenced much of europe?

Simple as that.

At this moment - it seems that European culture is not on the winning side.

France, home to 13 million Muslims

Erm, what? 13 million Muslims? Out of a total population of 66M? Which means that 20% of the French are Muslims. Which is ridiculous.
I checked different sources, the number of immigrants in France vary from 6 to 12 million. And they are not all Muslims/Arabs.
The guy who wrote this was obviously very well-informed on the subject, which gives a lot of credibility to the rest of his 'analysis'.

There are about half of that amount in France which is a substantial number.

No, not even half. But I'm guessing a quarter of that amount would still be a substantial number to you, so let's just pass.

the government no longer controls the banlieus

Those banlieues, guettos, that this very government created. They made mistakes, big ones, easy now to blame everything on immigrants.

I've been in school with Muslims, and none of them is anywhere close to promoting the Sharia law.
I'm well-aware of the extremists who do tho, but let's not paint everybody with the same brush, that wouldn't make much sense.

Christianity had influenced Europe greatly but thats about it. Sadly this influence is falling.

There is no such thing as "Judeo-Christianity" unless you are brainwashed American or Protestant (only two groups of people I ever hear spreading this bs).

The differences between the two religions are huge.

What hysteria? If anything, the media shirk away from reporting crime committed by 'minorities'.

High profile-gang rapes in India have been in the headlines since December. The phenomenon is growing across Europe too, but tends to be under reported due to the high incidence of Muslim perpetrators which makes it politically incorrect to mention. In December 2011 a Swedish mother-of-two was subjected to a brutal gang-rape by 12 Afghan immigrants in a refugee camp in Mariannelund. Reports stated "The rape was oral, anal and vaginal sometimes with three rapists inside her at the same time while everybody was cheering and clapping. The gruesome rape marathon lasted for 7 hours. 11 suspect may have been involvedtaking turns while drinking and getting high on drugs. The asylum seekers were cheering and clapping their hands during the rape marathon while calling the victim *******" and "slut".
