Look who is talking! You, for starters, support banderism and some delusional and shameless claims from a Ukrainian lunatic. Also, how you live abroad makes no difference to Poland, the Polish cause, or anything Polish, with one notable exception: if you transfer money to Poland.
Wrong, I don't support banderism. I only support his one statement: that getting rid of the Russians from Ukraine is their most important task right now. Poland benefits from this, too, every day.
getting rid of the Russians from Ukraine is their most important task right now
True.
Also, there was a poll in Ukraine some time ago where 80% or so did not want the russian language to have any kind of official role in Ukraine.
Their country. Their decision.
Many other Nobel Prize recipients deserve it even less than Trump
Agreed. Which makes Trump's quest look even stupider. He only wants it because Obama (who did not remotely deserve it) received it.
And the US ambassador is more at fault in the current dust up. He was barely approved for the position and he's either unbriefed about how to behave or ignores briefings.
He should quit or he and Czarzasty should make peace publicly while agreeing to disagree.... like adults.
Which makes Trump's quest look even stupider. He only wants it because Obama (who did not remotely deserve it) received it.
October 10: Nobel prize for peace is received by some... leader of opposition in Venezuela. Same with the prize for literature - was given to some schizo.
It needs to be created an alternative Shnobel prize for everything, the current one is over.
I only support his one statement: that getting rid of the Russians from Ukraine is their most important task right now.
What Russians?
Russian citizens? There are not so many there - approximately 150,000. Most are relatives or spouses of UA citizens, or were born in Ukraine.
A recent Al-Jazeera piece wrote about their problems:
"If you have a red passport here, you're not human, even if you have Ukrainian blood, speak Ukrainian and donate to the armed forces of Ukraine," the bespectacled 45-year-old graphic designer told Al Jazeera.

Do you perhaps mean ethnic Russians? Then the number could be anywhere from 0 to 30% of the population. What complicates matters is that Ukraine has conducted only a single census since gaining independence. Even when some data is collected - identifying as "Russian" can create certain problems with career growth - even if your last name is Budanov or Ivanov.
Do you perhaps mean ethnic Russians? Then the number could be anywhere from 0 to 30% of the population.
When modern Poland was created, about half of it was taken from Germany *and* ethnically cleansed of Germans. Except some communist collaborators. Point being, the German part of nu-Poland was cleansed of Germans - and there's never really been a problem since with German minorities or German ethnical strife and such things.
Lesson: Ethnic cleansing is unquestionably the right thing to do if one wants a coherent, stable, and cohesive country. Having multiple ethnicities in one nation is a recipe for instability and in some cases civil war.
France and UK have jointly completely changed they nuclear doctrine
You mean the "Northwood Declaration" of 2025?
Still...its two separate command structures....in the end someone will ahave to decide to push the button, or don't, all alone....its the same problem!
.....The cooperation focuses on enhancing deterrence through closer coordination without relinquishing national sovereignty over their respective arsenals.
The freedom loving Russian city of Mariupol rose from the ashes.
Mariupol is populated by imported asians & neg*ros nowadays. Mariupol occupation authorities give away apartments to Central Asian migrant workers eng.obozrevatel.com/section-news/news-mariupol-occupation-authorities-give-away-apartments-to-central-asian-migrant-workers-24-11-2024.html

Quite sad. Wiernikowska used to be a decent reporter - she worked for RFI, BBC and Polskie Radio. She used to write for Gazeta Wyborcza too - standard mainstream, nothing special; made some programs for TVP Info in 2000s... and that's pretty much it. Probably her pension is rather low, so she fell for the temptation to earn some roubles spreading putinist propaganda.
Wiernikowska entered Russia on a visa not intended for journalists but for "vloggers," which, under Russian law, does not permit "professional journalistic work", and it shows. Just a couple of things to show how Wiernikowska failed to keep basic journalist standards in the video material, according to a today's article on GW website:
- she did not ask who started the war and who is preventing it from ending. She did not press the woman who was reassuring her that Russia "would not liberate Poland" about whom the Russian army is supposedly liberating Ukrainians from today;
- Wiernikowska nodded along or smiled when her Russian interlocutors expressed views, including the claim that the war in Ukraine is today of particular interest to the British and French authorities, or more broadly to the so-called West, which allegedly seeks to enrich itself. These statements were essentially a carbon copy of Russian propaganda. At times, the journalist even joined this chorus herself, mocking how Russia is currently perceived by the West and reinforcing the subjects of her piece in their belief that Europe is russophobic;
- in another segment, Wiernikowska clearly sought to draw viewers' attention to the fact that a Russian restaurant's menu includes both Ukrainian borscht and Ukrainian sausage. This is a textbook example of Kremlin propaganda, which uses such gestures to argue that Russians harbor no hostility or ill will toward Ukrainians-on the contrary, that they treat them as "younger brothers"-and that all the blame lies with the "Kyiv regime";
- at another point, with a conspicuous relish that would not be out of place for a leading propagandist like Vladimir Solovyov, the journalist from Channel Zero issues a warning that missiles launched from Kaliningrad could reach Warsaw in two minutes;
- she does not mention that free journalism does not exist in Russia, and that those who tried to practice it for years were forced into exile after wartime censorship was introduced in 2022. She does not explain that for publicly criticizing Vladimir Putin, the "special military operation," or Russian soldiers-even by something as minor as posting a comment on a social media platform-Russians are sent to prison. Nor does she say how many offenses and crimes are committed by Russian soldiers after returning from the front;
- Wiernikowska does not say a single word about the fact that Putin's Russia threatens its neighbors, intimidates its own citizens, and represses those who oppose the authorities. The Kremlin welcomes such "reporting".
There's more in the article, including Wiernikowska's connections with Braun and suspicious contacts with Russian authorities. In my opinion, it is a case of a retired reporter who feels underappreciated, perhaps finding it difficult to either make ends meet or live on a level she thinks she deserves, hence her recent activities.
saying Poles have burning dupas because they saw normal Russians leading normal lives
Oh, come on. Go and read the comments on YT.
Poles are incorrigible Russophiles - over 400,000 people watched it and most liked it. Not because they are retards who can't distinguish proper journalism from propaganda but because they - to a large extent - share Wiernikowska's point of view.

She came - so already she deserves a state award from the Kremlin.
In contrast to hundreds of other journalists that abandoned Russia, she had the balls to come and do her job.

Was it perfectly unbiased reporting? No.
Did it perform valuable work that allows Poles and Russians to understand each other better? Yes.
You have to be extremely naive, to think that a Polish journalist which "asks the hard questions" - could hope to have any success. For a multitude of reasons.
Not because they are retards who can't distinguish proper journalism from propaganda but because they - to a large extent - share Wiernikowska's point of view.
400K Poles in 36 hours - that's a good metric. Shows there is interest in Russia, beyond weirdos like Torq/Kania.
@Bobko But I have, you either didn't read it or chose to ignore it.I have told the story before of when my family were deported to a labour camp in Siberia during WW2.My aunt hated the Russian state but would not allow us to say a bad word about Russian people.There is a huge difference between Russia and Russians.
