There is no sperm flush out!!!
They do use a spermicide flush (dooch) that kills the baby paste but you better hope the the hell that the sperm that got past the goalie hasn't reached the egg yet.
And since a normal sperm count ranges from 15 million to over 200 million sperm per milliliter of semen, what could possibly go wrong. :-/
