Both websites are from and for groups of people who have grievances, one against german law and the other against polish....

Conseil Européen des Enfants du Divorce / Parents, children and grandparents victims of international and administrative child abductions was not created in order to fight against German law BB.

Actually I don't care about them...
I can't take them seriously anymore after all this ridiculous/vicious slander against german institutions (and therefore also against Germany).

Petition of 10 parents

The institution known as JUGENDAMT of the Federal Republic of Germany is to be declared an illegal institution of the European Union

You've got to be kidding!
They like to put us into the Nazi corner? Well...

Conseil Européen des Enfants du Divorce / Parents, children and grandparents victims of international and administrative child abductions

10 parents Nika, and such a huge title!
What a fuss they make....crazy ****! :)

Hmmm....the main accuser, one Mr. Hickman seems to be the one liking to link the Jugendamt with Nazi institutions like the Lebensborn...interesting!
Especially as his case
michael-hickman.org/eng/eng_docs/hickman_jugendamt.html
is a case of his children living by their mother now, in Germany.

I wonder what country would "steal" the children from their mother??? Hmm...
How would a polish institution decide?

Well....I am not (stupid that is)!
But when you really believe all that stuff and these headlines I can't help you

I am not stupid either BB.
I simply disagree with you and this does not give you the right to insult me.

I'm afraid it's not only 10 parents BB or mister Hickman.
Here is the link to a EU parliament report:

jugendamt-wesel.com/PETITION/081222_eu_parl_report_ja.pdf

as per this report: "34 new petitions were received in 2008 concerning the Jugendamt, however since 2006 not only individual petitions but hundreds of individual cases have been submitted through correspondence which have been acknowledged but to which the Committee has been technically unable to respond in substance. Hence the importance of this document."

Well...yes, I can!
When you take such slander for "official" or seemingly have no problems with those accusations then I can't take you serious either, sorry!

You don't have to take me seriously BB I can perfectly live with that, do not be sorry.

That is still nothing officially Nika, it's a petition from one of the 10 parents...
If you were smart you would take ANYTHING written by those people with a heavy helping of salt...to much crap!

Great! I started to feel bad....

Well, be that as it may....this Hickman is a special nasty work of art.
I start to understand why his wife left him....if he run amok at the court like this no wonder he never had a chance...better for the children though!

Well, given the fact that Poland is notorious for violating the rights of parents from other nationalities, I think Poles are hardly the ones to complain. I know about intermarriages between Poles and Bulgarians where the Bulgarian parent is allowed to visit their child only supervised and under the condition that there wouldn't be a single word in Bulgarian. Sounds familiar? I know a Polish-Bulgarian family that fell apart. They got married here, in Bulgaria, and spent their marital life here. The Polish mother was given custody, but according to our legislation, she cannot take the child abroad without his father's consent. And he would not give it. He's a lawyer, specializing in the Hague Convention, and he's sure that if his son ever sets foot on Polish soil, Polish court will do nothing to bring him back to his homeland, because Poland implements the Hague Convention only where children are removed from Poland. The other way around, they are not too cooperative. Too bad that the child will have the chance to visit his mother's country only at turning 18, but his father won't take the risk.

As a state, Poland does not deserve to have a single child returned back there, in my opinion. However, every single Polish parent deserves a fair judgment. There was a notorious case here last year - a Bulgarian father abducting his two children feom their Polish mother and indoctrinating them that Mum is an al-co-ho-lic (a seven year old boy who hadn't seen his mother in a year repeating in front of the TV cameras), then creating a show for the TVs when she came to take them after two rulings of our Bulgarian court that they should be returned to Poland. Beleve me, the whole media show with the American kid brought back to USA will look like a tea party compared to this. Well, I cannot say it's okay for these children to live here with their nuts of a father just because their mother happens to be Polish and Polish courts do not hesitate to offend the Hague Convention. Every case is individual.

Germans are nasty

But one day Serbs would finally manage to prevent German-Russian schemes. Then, Poles would screw Germany. Poles from outside, Serbs from inside. Inside out, inside out,...

Not as long as they prefer to whine on internet forums about the mean schemes only! ;)

Mind you, I think these things are more of a media strategy than anything else. Most people are racist, although they don't admit it - they sympathize with their likes. It's very easy to take some things that are really unfair and shocking and publish them under the moto 'Oh poor us, look what the big bad foreigners do to us' and conviniently forget to inform the public about some very similar things committed by the same 'us' to other foreigners. As a friend of mine asked after the whole media war here about the so-called 'Bulgarian kids' - if you read the papers, you could hardly recognize that those were Polish kids abducted from their home country - "why these cases are always solved in the foreigners' favour?" Then my brother, who is a student in law, laughed and said, "You think so? That's because children given to their Bulgarian parent are of no interest to the media. They don't make the news. They are just statistics from the courtroom.' It's the same thing everywhere. Just media promoting a self-sympathetic view.

The germans are sub-human monsters. They would rather spend time with a dog instead of a child.

He thinks most of us are sub-human.

I really don't believe "most" fall into that category - by all measures, it's about 30% of the population.
