it didn`t change a thing in multiple areas, health care or education, for example.

it did change some things: the lowest uneployment since the fall of communism; those who earn average wages can now invest in their children thanks to 500+ programme, 500+ money also created a boom in construction service sector

it did change some things:

the biggest decrease in child poverty ever recorded in poland and the european union..

wise and glorious polish government :)

Stop this communist-like propaganda. It is sickening. :):)

the lowest uneployment

It is not their merit, of course. Just luck and former governments` actions like accessing the EU. I already told you: in terms of economy, PiS has done nothing special, they only pick fruit grown by sb else.

now invest in their children thanks to 500+ programme

By choosing private education which requires much more than 500 monthly.

a boom in construction service sector

Boom in construction sector and disaster in medical services.:):) Now you can die of untreated cancer in your own house. Nice.

something called the coronavirus traitor

Probably you mean far right politicians from Konfederacja who present their antivaccination views while in public but privately go and have jabs, just in case. :)) This funny case surfaced recently in Poland. Certain Dziambor took part in a demo during which they suggested that vaccinations remind of Auschwitz death camp methods. Now it turned he is vaccinated. So probably he is a traitor to his own views and voters.

that's just stupid... it's entirely possible to be vaccinated _and_ very against mandates (ie forced vaccinations) but stupid hyperbole is not the way to go.

And.... the present moment is a terrible one to get vaccinated (unless you can self-isolate for two weeks). The mrna vaccines greatly reduce immunity after the first shot and trying people to get vaccinated while a wave is starting is irresponsible...

@pawian
For Konfederacja it's not about the issue of people should get vaccinated or not.

But rather it's not the states business to decide wether somebody must take a jab or not.

People like you pawian expect the state to be responsible for health issues, fund doctors, organise them like state employees while telling citizens of ones own country that everything is fine as long as he takes a jab while the citizens themselves continue with: smoking, drinking alcohol, stuffing up with high carb+fat foods, filling up cells with fats from carbs.

It's like telling somebody a filthy lie that a guy only needs to buy a nicotine chewing gum and then he can smoke all he wants. And everyone must by law use chewing gum for nicotine. It's just stupid

is irresponsible..

Like everything what rightists are doing now.

Yet, rightists still believe in Kaczyński`s genius. They venerate him like Russians venerate Stalin. Here is a mockery of that cult. The public toilet became a platform to commemorate Kaczyński`s visit to the city of Toruń.

On the wall of the city toilet in the park in Bydgoskie Przedmieście there was an inscription: " In memory of the statesman Jarosław Kaczyński, who while walking around the Cegielnia City Park on February 29, 2021, stepped on a small branch, breaking it with a bang. The holy branch is a gift to the inhabitants of the city ".

hahahaha

I don't think its wise to put all right wing people in as JK followers. While I am more a centrist that leans right for social and immigration matters in Poland, there is nothing else I could get behind that is termed "right" wing in Poland. The "Right" in USA is socially and economically conservative while here the "Right" is economic give aways like the "Left" would love in the USA.

I never did it. When I say rightists combined with Kaczyński, I always mean PiS rightists and not Konfederacja, for example.

here the "Right" is economic give aways

Yes, coz they are so denegerated. :):) Messy rightists who don`t know what rightists should do. :):)

"right" wing in Poland.

'left' in Poland are either idiots parroting the west or some shady people who would sell their own mothers and who do not care about Poland.
OP pawian 204 | 21,106

It is obvious you don`t know what you are talking about coz those cliches about "parroting the west" are really useless, unoriginal banalities devoid of any sense. Additionally, you are projecting rightist approach onto the left when you say they don`t care about Poland. It is actually the left who opt for vaccinations to reduce the death toll, while rightists, all groups, are against.

Ha! It is funny to see how all your silly utterances coz I can`t call them arguments by any means are smashed into pieces. hahahaha.

@Cojestdocholery
You have no idea what the west is and a lesser idea of what Poland is. The left "Democrats" in USA are much closer to PiS than PiS is to the right "Republicans". PiS would do very well with Biden if not for the LGBTQ issues. Biden would bend over for Poland if not for that one big issue on the Democratic side of things. Hell he would even ignore the total joke of a court system reform. When it comes to economic policy PiS is an American Democratic Socialist parading as Bible Belt Republican. It really is hilarious to watch.

I wish they would introduce new meats to US markets in leiu of rising pork & beef prices, why not alongside poultry, cat, dog, tiny unprocessed fish, then we can go into living in giant government aparmtents and china will have succeeded where Mao failed, russia failed and now the US is no longer a world power.

Just watch, and when they come, im not gonna hide, im gonna play the fence.

not for the LGBTQ issues.

Those are no issues in Poland, only idiots parroting them and same scum that is there for big grants from USA.

It doesn't change what I said about Poland's 'left'.

It is obvious you don`t know what you are talking about

Recently Mr Kacz claimed that euro currency used in Germany is worth only 3 zlotys. While the exchange rate in Poland is 4.81. hahaha

When did euro cost 3 zlotys in Poland??? In 2008 when Tusk led the gov.

Mr Kacz claimed that euro currency used in Germany is worth only 3 zlotys

so? Kaczyński may not be the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to economics but he probably doesn't have much say in Poland's financial affairs (at least I hope so basend on the fact that in the past he wasn't uttering much about the economy)

And that is why the inflation is so high.

oh yes, pawian - inflation in the Czech Republic = 17.2 per cent, inflation in Estonia - above 20 per cent, inflation in Slovakia -13.2 per cent, inflation in Belgium around 8 per cent - it's all because of Kaczyński naturally
OP pawian 204 | 21,106

inflation in Belgium around 8 per cent

And in Germany, too. But PiS led to nearly 16% inflation. And it will be higher soon, exceeding 20%. Thank you, Mr Kacz.

@pawian

is inflation in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia because of Kaczyński? :P - if not why is inflation in these countries similar or even higher than in Poland? Hungary at 13.8 per cent - why? are they all corrupt, inept or blatant stupid like you think PiS are?
OP pawian 204 | 21,106

nflation in these countries similar or even higher than in Poland?

You point to Czechia and others. Don`t coz I don`t care. I point to Germany as an example of an inflation caused only by war and resources. 8% is understandable and acceptable in such hard times.

Polish 16% and higher caused by United Right is not acceptable.

so what is your solution mr genius? show me the easy way to curb the inflation? you could even won the elections if you presented Polish people a cure, ya know? don't shy away - tell us what blunders PiS made - in another thread I listed inflation for each year after the introduction of 500 plus - does it tell you anything, mr outraged?

I point to German

Yes you german bootlickers always do, why is Czech, Slovakia and our other neighbours not important that you don't care about them? We need to look at comparisons with post communist countries. Moronic baboon as always. . Btw Estonia is at 20 percent and because they have adopted the euro and don't have financial sovereignty, their national bank can't do anything. If your party gets into power that is what will happen to Poland, adopt the euro and become client state of Germany.

It is PiS` government task, not mine.

Czech, Slovakia and our other neighbours not important that you don't care about them?

Darling, that`s because your pathetic rulers from PiS constantly compare Poland to Germany and brag how fast we are making up with Germans. Recently Mr Kacz said that euro was worth only 3 zlotys in Germany while the exchange rate is 4.8.

If PiS is so fascinated with Germany, why can`t other people? Poles want to have a similar inflation in Poland like in Germany. That is why I am using the example of Germans and won`t stop, even if all forum idiots wetted their pants and cried for diapers. in all threads. hahahahaha

If your party gets into power that

Darling, change that style: not if, but when. Ha!

Poland wont be going into the Euro. Probably never will and they shouldn't. But the economic policy here is really a joke. Sliding interest rates on car loans? Flexible rate mortgages? Didn't anyone learn anything from the US in their 2008 mortgage bubble? And that is directly the governments fault because they own the fing banks. Spoke to a friend of mine who is paying 2K more per month on a mortgage than he was last year.

Inflation? This is only partly the blame of the war, the real blame needs to go on the lockdowns and policy during those lockdowns. Now PiS medical genius talking about more restrictions again over next wave of covid.

PiS is an economic disaster. I give them credit though for changing the building codes to allow people to build their own places. That is actually a brilliant move and will take effect in January. This goes beyond the 70 meter law already in place.

The debt this country will have to pay in the next generation is going to be staggering.
