media campaing smearing him

It's no different tday. Except now it's known as PO's hate industry (przemysł pogardy). Everything K or the govt says or does or doesn't say or do is reviled, discredited, twisted and distorted into the vilest of propaganda. It's almost as if PF's LL PiSlamic was their mentor, because that's exactly what he does on the forum. But that's not true as far as training PO propagandists goes, because he would have to be fluent in Polish! Which he's not!!!

I thought this thread was archived. No, it is alive! :):)

Good.

The latest remarks by Jarosław K. from EU Parliament campaign by PiS.

Anybody who raises their hands against the Church and wants to destroy it. raises them against Poland.
This was funny because a similar rhetoric was used by communists during workers` protests in 1950s. Only communists added that the hands raised against the system will be chopped off.

Another one: a mother of a disabled child asked Jarosłąw K. about PiS` newest benefits for many groups except for special care children. He answered: We can`t do all things at a time. You want to change it and me too. And it is going to change. But may I have a request, can you support us instead of harassing/disturbing?

asked about PiS` newest benefits for many groups except for special care children.

Parents of the special care children are not a meaningful group of PiS voters (I doubt if they have any time for voting at all), so Our Dear Leader Chairman Jarosław Kaczyński will never have enough taxpayer's money for them. No voting potential for PiS, no money for you. Will you please go home and stop disturbing us with your silly demands!.

Quite famous, really. It's fascinating to see how Kaczyński is using Communist rhetoric, and even more interesting to see how people appear to be unable to see that.

The campaign before parliamentary elections in full swing. PiS is touring small towns and villages and wooing locals with sweet words. Today Jarosław said: Polish tradition was born in the countryside which gave rise to Polishness.

Well, it is true, of course. Polish noblemen made about 10% of the society in the past, urban residents next 10, so peasants were always a majority.

On election evening the Chairman was visibly disappointed when he said: we received a lot but we deserve more.
He had hoped for at least 260 seats in the Parliament.

Ha also said: we have to seriously consider why a large part of the population didn`t support us, despite our great achievements.

hahaha

He had hoped for at least 260 seats in the Parliament.

They were claiming they had secret polls showing PiS on 50% plus, so this is clearly a massive failure.

He looks like a man that knows that it will never be this good again.

On the bad side for PiS, Konfederacja voters seemingly ignored PiS in the Senate, which doesn't bode well for the Presidential election given the clear advantage for KO-PSL-Lewica over PiS in terms of percentage.

He looks like a man that knows that it will never be this good again.

With a thin majority, he might have a problem containing the ambitions of his allies, e.g., Ziobro. They might blackmail him with the threat of withdrawing heir support for PiS etc.

Ziobro had said prayers for such thin majority and they were heard - both Gowin and Ziobro have about 15 MPs each which makes it impossible for pure PiS to rule on its own.

I could see Gowin becoming PM if the right situation presented itself, for example, some major scandal involving Jewish repatriations where Konfederacja publicly promise not to support PiS on anything.

IT IS A FAKE! said Jarosław Kaczyński about a guy that looks like him in the photo taken in late 1970s showing people going to take part in communist 1st May parade.

Jarosław on the right. Allegedly, it was photoshopped coz Kaczyński had already been a member of anti communist opposition then.

@pawian
I don't really remember these but weren't they obligatory? Mum said they'd check the attendence. And if you were employed, and everyone was, you had to attend those.
OP pawian 173 | 12,655
20 Oct 2019 #342
Yes, they were obligatory but tough anti -communists didn`t go and nothing serious happened, they weren`t sent to re-educational camps like in China or psychiatric hospitals like in the Soviet Union.

If Kaczyński did go to such parades, it seriously tarnishes his today`s image of a confirmed anit communist activist.

Chairman Kaczyński? Brather of Lech?

Please don`t speak bad about brat Jarosław, whose brother is hero in my country. Great is the venerable Kaczyński family that love Poland more then EU. Respect that same as dragon Duda respect that.

He also claims he doesn`t know the other people in the photo. Yet, one newspaper found out he had to know them at the time. It means he is lying today.

Do you think anyone care about it today? Unless some Soviet propagandist like you? Make no difference, it might of some interest to historians.

Belongs in the comix books. Slander, propaganda and lies are tools of WSI and other Soviet tools. You're doing a great job on their behave.

hahaha it is so funny you call anybody who holds different opinions from you Soviet, but when it comes to real Soviets, you prefer to close an eye, like in the case of Mr Piotrowicz from PIS, a former communist prosecutor.

Isn`t it amazing? Why are you so selective? :):)

But relax, Mr Selective Soviet Hunter Expat Plastic Pole. :):) I am not accusing Kaczyński of going to parades as a supporter of communism, I just pointed out he was lying when he said he doesn`t know the other guys. They were doctor academic teachers from Białystok uni where Kaczyński worked in late 1970s - they were his colleagues.

No, not anyone but only those who hold Soviet worldview.

But relax,

I'm relaxed. I said I don't care and furthermore it makes no difference at this point. Only Soviets like you find it somehow significant. There is not brains on the side of the total opposition. Otherwise they wouldn't loose that badly in the last election.

You lied, as usual, of course. :):)

Another lie. :):) BTW, are you a lawyer in your emigre country of residence? hahahaha

PS. Some of my students pronounce lawyer as liar. :) It suits you perfectly.

I've seen a basic analysis of the picture, and it seems to be genuine.

Certainly wrecks his whole "anti-communist" credentials, not that he had any anyway.

Some history experts suggest it wasn`t 1st May parade but another occasion, e,.g., Juvenalia.

Still, Kaczyński`s silly denial certainly doesn`t help to solve the issue.

Have you noticed pawian - whenever the opposition uses the same tactic PiS use, PiS really can't handle it?

his whole "anti-communist" credentials

Anyone who believed those is hopelessly stupid. His entire biography makes no sense whatsoever unless very close relationships between his family and party members is assumed (in which case it makes perfect sense).

For the record I don't really care. The PRL was a different reality and I think only the very worst should be punished for their... collaboration with that system (like Piotrowicz, thankfully kicked out of the next Sejm).

But people who want to give JK a pass while persecuting others with no worse records are the official worst and I despise them.

Not so fast... supposedly PiS wants to convince those who finished ahead of Piotrowicz to give up their mandate so that their favorite communist prosecutor doesn't have to look for a day job...

And they've lodged a bunch of complaints over particular senate races in an obvious ploy to overturn the electoral results...

PiS's new motto: Władzy raz zdobytej nie oddamy nigdy... (once we get power we're not ever gonna give it up)
Ziemowit 13 | 4,105

Yes, rumour has it they try to persuade (press?) candidates from that particular list who got more votes than Mr. Piotrowicz to declare their resignation from taking on the role of an MP. This way Mr. Piotrowicz could get the post. Anyway, it's interesting that he got fewer votes than other PiS candiddates on the list.

But relax, Mr Selective Soviet Hunter Expat Plastic Pole

Wow! Quite an impressive title, isn't it? Still shorter though than król Polski, wielki książę litewski, ruski, pruski, mazowiecki, żmudzki, kijowski, wołyński, podolski, podlaski, inflancki, smoleński, siewierski i czernichowski.

People, somebody would soon accuse PiS, Poland and entire Visegrad of collaboration with Russia against poor western Europe and mujaheeines and Nazis of the region here. But I know that we Serbs now love Poland more. Our love is now heightened to new levels. Its delirious. Duda gave us to use Poland`s air space to provide S-400 and Pantsir S-1 from Russia.

Thanks Poland! That`s the independence and repay debt to those who helped you on the way to independence!

I'm not nearly as charitable about PiS's post election shenanigans as you are... the absurd challenges to the results (actually saying that invalid ballots should be awarded to PiS) is, on the one hand, anti-democratic and dishonest.

Trying to bully others to give up the seats they were elected to so that the lousy commie prosecutor Piotrowicz can get back into the Sejm is PRL to its rotten core.

Yes, they look like clowns and lunatics, but dangerous anti-democratic ones.
