Boeing or Airbus - which ones would be better for the Polish Airlines (LOT)?

Half of their fleet is already Embraer.

Virtually bankrupt airlines have to buy the cheapest planes. LOT has been teetering on the edge of bankruptcy for more than a decade, so it's no surprise that for a long time it's been valuing 'cheap' more highly than 'good'.

Why Harry how many 'cheap" lot planes have crashed? How many casulties?

LOT has been teetering on the edge of bankruptcy for more than a decade

Many problems with them

One issue is that the low salary levels for pilots compared to other airlines mean that many staff have left and gone to work for other companies.

Info for those who seek... Serbia buys 9 Airbus helicopters for army and police ( b92/eng/news/politics.php?yyyy=2016&mm=12&dd=29&nav_id=100108 )

s

representatives of Serbian army and Airbus (spot symbol of OCILO on sleeve of uniform)

denar of Polish King Mieszko

s

Sarmatian wall-painting of a Bosporan crypt (the ancient town Panticapeum; Kerch, the Ukraine). The drawing of an eagle is surrounded by two pairs of symbols: a fragment of a net (OCILO) included in a rectangle and a cross with four dots included in a circle. Rjabchikov`s explains eagle as the god-thunderer.

NOTE: Insignia on the uniform of Serbian army is same symbol that Polish King Mieszko used on his denar, 1000 years ago. In Serbian, name of symbol is OCILO and means `from fathers`. Oldest traces of the symbol are within Sarmatian, Scythian and old Slavonic (read all: ie Proto Slavic) folklore and symbol point on: fertility, abundance, water, rain, seed, burning the fire, fire-steels, lightning, the cross, circle and ultimately represent solar cycles.
