He is working, she's not. They have a daughter 8 years old. Is he supposed to give money for the daughter and for his ex until the daughter turns 18? Or until the ex find a job? Are there some benefits for single parents in Poland?

For the daughter it's as long as she is in full-time education and under the age of 27.

Are there some benefits for single parents in Poland?

Very very small ones, almost nothing in effect, and not easy to get.

Depends on the level of demonstrable costs and the standard of life the child has thus far had. 1,000zl will be the absolute minimum a court will award in Warsaw or any major city and maybe 700 to 800 in a smaller city.
