Foreigners: would you have moved to Poland if it was full of fat/ugly women?

They teach, isn't that enough?

It is a well known fact that most of the expats, only get paid a nominal salary in Poland with expenses, the real money is paid outside Poland. I am not talking about low level earners like teachers.

PWEI, don't get me wrong, I love Subway. I first discovered it on Namiki-dori in Hiroshima. I fell in love with the place. I then tried it in my home city of Aberdeen, then in Prague. Good every time! It doesn't have to be calorific but it does very much tend to be. The ones I had in Hiroshima were full of mayo-filled tuna and seafood :) Hiroshima is the seafood capital of Asia so I enjoyed what they had.

However, it doesn't change the fact that people who want to be cool go there and pack on the calories quite freely.

I've met more than a few who were just here for the money, I even know some who still come for the money (although admittedly now the cushy expat packages are generally a thing of the past, much of that money is the money that they will be earning after being promoted when they return home and are promoted).

No doubt. That's why I'm content to be a hayseed in the countryside. I had enough of braying red-braces types in the UK to last a lifetime.

I would have moved to see the country anyway, yes. Life is about experience and I've never been one for chasing tail, never. For me, the women are a small part of the overall picture here.

I'd move to HK tomorrow if I could. The women are mostly cute, but a bit too small/short for me. If I lived there, I'd probably spend my time looking for UK/SA women in expat bars, haha.

Still, fast food is unquestionably taking its toll. More phones, more calls made, more commitments, more rushing around like a headless chicken and more fast food as a result. I had Subway and a McD's chicken burger on the weekend for the first in a long time. I could actually feel myself getting bigger. Not my thing!

It never ceases to amaze me that a plate of pierogi fills me up, but doesn't make me feel "bigger", yet a McDonald's doesn't fill me up, but makes me feel huge. :)

What is a MILF? Is it different from a Cougar?

MILF: Depends on who you ask. If you watch prn, you would think it means "a woman aged 23-29" (rolleyes).

But I would say "all the women I date are MILFs". So, any women over 30 who are still hot.

However, my last ex was a gran at 37. Don't even go there, it makes me feel ancient. LOL.

Cougar: if this was a man, we would be calling him a "dirty old man".

Merged: Foreigners: would you have moved to Poland if it was full of fat/ugly women?

Having seen this topic suggested in a couple of other posts, I thought I'd start the thread.

Personally the only Polish woman I knew before I moved to Poland (i.e. my cleaner when I was at university) was fat and ugly; although she was also a very nice woman and always up for a shot of vodka in the morning if I fancied one and didn't want to drink alone.

There has never been any shortage of women (or men) in either/both those categories. And obesity is growing, the diet worsening and car ownership increasing.

I can honestly say that before my ticket was booked, I had no idea that the women in central Europe actually took as much care in their appearance as they do. Imagine my surprise as the days turned to weeks.

Polish women are NOT so much better looking than western women as much as they take pride in their appearance and so are less likely to get so fat/out of shape like western women do.

"Foreigners: would you have moved to Poland if it was full of fat/ugly women?"

not really because that was not the first thing to consider. there are other things in life as well to consider. the same applies to may of my European colleagues who gave me this answer!

"Foreigners: would you have moved to Poland if it was full of fat/ugly women?"

I'm not a foreigner but would answer your question anyway, with a twist. I'm contemplating moving to Uganda and if it was full of fat/ugly women I wouldn't move there that is wouldn't consider moving there.

Yikes....that places has nearly 10% of the pop with HIV...don't be a fool wrap your tool. :P

Harry, for your question....I moved for a woman anyway so didn't really matter......but if I'd know that Poland had such an amount of gorgeous ladies I'd have moved here when I young dumb and full of c.......

Didn't really even know where Poland was when I was 18 tbh, only thing I knew about it back then was some dude with the mustache stopped communism, and that the Germans started WWII there. Oh and Ursus tractors came from there.

Other than that, nada, zip.
Met a young whipper snapper teacher here about 2 years ago, he was 19, he was getting more fanny than a gynecologist with a grupon offer. Lucky so-and-so.

Unfortunately the women in Poland are nothing to shout about, only slightly better than UK.

Junk food is everywhere you look, girls cramming hot dogs and zapienka down their throats all day.

It's a shame because it's otherwise a nice country, very beautiful.
