Advice I am American! What does it mean a Polish female/women touches and rubs her nose?

such a stupid attitude...people are people and 'the polish female' is not some exotic species.
btw usually if people touch and rub their nose when they are talking means they are lying.

Hey guys! On a related note, I was on the bus the other day staring at a girl and she looked back at me, then kind of looked at the ground, then seemed to get a bit nervous, then, when I kept staring, she got up and moved to the front of the bus and sat with her back towards me. What do you think this means? :) :) :) I heard that turning your back to someone in Poland means that you think they have a nice haircut. Is this true?
